Beautifull house

Beautifull house, very clean, comfortable. The pool and downstairs kitchen were perfect. Nice dock! We enjoyed watching the planes take off at the airport from the balcony!! Definitely would rent again!!

Great house!

Perfect for four couples. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was a quality home that was well maintained and very clean. Outdoor kitchen and living area were awesome! We would definitely rent the home again!

Amazing Thanksgiving

Family of 9 here! We had an amazing time at DOYCE’s property over Thanksgiving! The outdoor space is immaculate. The pool was perfect. The men loved the huge outdoor kitchen and the large sofa and tv outside were great for hanging out! The house was spotless with great creature comforts! Nugget ice machine was a hit! Doyce was easy to communicate with and super helpful in all the ways! I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Amazing House and Experience!!

Our extended family rented this property for Christmas week and we all had an amazing time and the house is absolutely gorgeous and well equipped. The age ranges were 10 years old to 82 years old and we were all incredibly comfortable. The 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms worked out great!! The owner was beyond amazing and made sure we had a Christmas tree and went out of his way to answer all our questions and make suggestions and even give us fishing coordinates. The owner wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay!! We will definitely make plans to return to Marathon and rent this house again in the future.

Beautiful house

This house was perfect for our three generation family (self & husband, our teen/adult kids, and grandparents). The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect with comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out. The decor is absolutely beautiful! The best part was definitely the outdoor kitchen and living area. We loved cooking and playing games outside. It was a little chilly some nights in January, so we also enjoyed the fire pit. The boat dock was also very convenient and came with resident iguanas and manatees. So fun!! The house is directly behind the Marathon airport runway, so my 15 year old aspiring pilot absolutely loved watching the planes and helicopters take off and land. We couldn’t usually hear planes from indoors, but it’s very loud when you’re sitting outside. We would simply pause our conversation momentarily, but if this noise would bother you, please know it’s quite loud. Doyce was a fantastic host and communicator - texting me to make sure we had everything we needed and even giving me a wonderful list of local restaurants and attractions to visit. We can’t wait to return to Marathon!
