Second visit to Las Hadas Staff and all employees were gracious and courteous Location is perfect with gorgeous view of bay Architecture just screams you are on vacation in another country Marina is close for boating and fishing excursions

This hotel met my expectations, it has a nice view and the beach is beautiful. The vegetation inside the hotel make it very attractive. Service staff is friendly. The price I paid is affordable. The hotel offered many options to eat dinner.

Everything was great about the hotel except there was a plumbing issue in the next room and it caused our room to get flooded. I had to call maintenance twice until someone came to clean our room, this made us loose part of our morning. Other than that everything was great

Nice quiet weekend in a quiet hotel with a very good service .

All the amenities and service were excellent. The only unexpected shock was the final internet charge for using Wi-fi service on my Android phone. Most of the big hotels and resorts do not charge for wi-fi services except for Las Hadas and that was a totally disappointment for four days of Wi-Fi service we were charge an equivalent of 60 dollars, so be AWARE of using your laptop or SmartPhone in Las Hadas! totally a rip-off!!!

Pleasant surroundings and great scenery and views.

It is great hotel for stay, the room, the view, the service all great, we enjoy it very much!

The service is good , The food in the hotel restaurants is very bad

I travel a lot and we had a wonderful time in the Colima area. Most people know Las Hadas has gone down hill since "10" and its heyday. The people working there were mostly nice. We had grumpy breakfast attendant. At all levels the staff was second rate. Our room wasn't all that clean. The front desk staff took forever with every little task. One time I waited at the front desk to ask what the internet code was for 20 minutes before giving up. I was never acknowledged. The room had a great view and it wasn't crowded. Las Hadas seems to be catering more to their local customers, as they should. Because of their new lower standards, it is less of a value.

The desk clerks are rude, The maitre'd at the breakfast buffet is rude, and they will take advantage of you and overcharge you(if you are paying for dining). My MIL was charged full price continously for a buffet although she didn't have one. The views, beach, and facilities are breathtaking. I did have a broken sink stopper and there were a few places where there were crumbling walls or stained places. The rest of the staff (excluding the ones I mentioned) were helpful, friendly and a pleasure to know. The happy hour was great and the food was pretty good too.

It's a great location, and very good hotel. The only drawback is the food quality and selection at the pool. Very slow, they get orders wrong, and over-priced.

We had a wonderful family vacation with our 18 year old son. We explored the hotel, the areas around the hotel, the public beaches, deep sea fishing, downtown Manzanillo, and plenty of dining and shopping. We loved the old charm of Las Hadas and Manzanillo. Las Hadas is full of great staff, good food, and plenty to do right on the property. Manzanillo is very relaxed, very safe, and has a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. We are hoping to return to Manzanillo with friends and family in the next year or two.

[...] The elevator ouside our room made a loud noise. The valet parking of the car took 15 min. to get the car from the garage. The room was too far from the beach.

This was our 6th visit to this hotel and we still love it. It is a magical place - we can't say enough good things about it.

It was the greatest i really enjoyed my stay with the private beach it makes it even better

I have travel in many places in Mexico, by far this is the best place to unwind, and enjoy a good life. The beach is secluded only guess are allowed. We spend plenty of time at the beach, we ate good, the place is just lovely!!!

Even though you are completely secluded at this resort, they offered everything imaginable to make our stay comfortable. The grounds reminded me of a rain forest with a big castle in the middle.

I found las hadas very peacful a great place to recharge your battery and get refocused on life. The spa is understated but the service is excellent!!! All the food at the resort was amaizing. Will make a return trip with the family.

Hotel las Hadas is very cpomfortable and has the best location on the hills, the views are great. The rooms are all white and beatufull the staff is excellent. The pool is very big and it has a great beach. I would recomend this Hotel for your next stay.
