The AC didn't work we reported 3 times, the cleaning service is so bad, smells a dirty mop so disgusting

The Condition of the Hotel and the food needs work. The pool has a number of loose tiles all over the floor, a young boy cut his foot on a tile the day we arrived and my daughter cut her foot the evening before we checked out, both on loose tiles that were on the pool floor. There were so many loose tiles that kids would collect them and leave them laying around the pool. Safety hazard. The food is over priced and not worth the money. Simple things like the pizza being under cooked, French fries stale and over cooked and prices are too high (somewhat expected for hotel food but quality should have been better). Finally, the AC in our room went out on our last night. We checked out early because it got so hot. We called the front desk to report it, nobody came to check on it within an hour so we decided to start packing up and checked out about 3 hours early. All that said, the staff is what keeps this Hotel afloat. Not counting the AC situation, everyone was quick to help and extremely attentive.

Dead/decaying lizard and bugs in our room and all they did was offer to clean it from the current room (which should have been done in the first place) or switch us to a new room away from our wedding party. No upgrades or complimentary amenities to apologize.

Clean, excellent customer service. Excellent food and beverages. Spa and activities are amazing

Las Hadas is truly a Magical place. The architecture is absolutely stunning and worthy of a world heritage designation. The views are spectacular, the beach is great, the water is warm. We enjoyed the restaurants but especially Legazpi. This resort could be an problem for those with limited mobility. Since they host weddings and events on weekends, it is very quiet during the week, but upbeat on the weekends. All the staff are amazing. And a special thanks to our fellow C.A. fans, Guiermo, Reyes, Juan Carlos, Humberto, Roberto, Oscar and Yirdira, and Daniel and Cesar. We will return.

Service,food,beach,cleanliness...all excellent!beach is clean, safe for children. Pool was large, very clean and well kept. This is the top hotel in Manzanillo and a terrific value.

Very big hotel, beautiful. The beach is perfect for swimming. Activities during night (shows, lounge). Staff very nice and helpful.

On January 22 a digital letter was sent to Orbitz detailing the poor experience my girlfriend and I had at the time of check-in as well during some evenings. Rooms were in very poor condition and we had to pay more money to get a decent room, more aligned with what is promoted in Orbitz' and the hotel's websites. Still, even after paying more money there was water dripping from the AC, the wc smelled as cigarette, and three nights with loud music coming from the hotel's bars. Evidence of the poor and dirty condition of the first room assigned to us has been emailed to Orbitz; we can provide more. We look forward to receiving your reply.

Second visit to Las Hadas Staff and all employees were gracious and courteous Location is perfect with gorgeous view of bay Architecture just screams you are on vacation in another country Marina is close for boating and fishing excursions

This hotel met my expectations, it has a nice view and the beach is beautiful. The vegetation inside the hotel make it very attractive. Service staff is friendly. The price I paid is affordable. The hotel offered many options to eat dinner.

Everything was great about the hotel except there was a plumbing issue in the next room and it caused our room to get flooded. I had to call maintenance twice until someone came to clean our room, this made us loose part of our morning. Other than that everything was great

Nice quiet weekend in a quiet hotel with a very good service .

All the amenities and service were excellent. The only unexpected shock was the final internet charge for using Wi-fi service on my Android phone. Most of the big hotels and resorts do not charge for wi-fi services except for Las Hadas and that was a totally disappointment for four days of Wi-Fi service we were charge an equivalent of 60 dollars, so be AWARE of using your laptop or SmartPhone in Las Hadas! totally a rip-off!!!

Pleasant surroundings and great scenery and views.

It is great hotel for stay, the room, the view, the service all great, we enjoy it very much!

The service is good , The food in the hotel restaurants is very bad

I travel a lot and we had a wonderful time in the Colima area. Most people know Las Hadas has gone down hill since "10" and its heyday. The people working there were mostly nice. We had grumpy breakfast attendant. At all levels the staff was second rate. Our room wasn't all that clean. The front desk staff took forever with every little task. One time I waited at the front desk to ask what the internet code was for 20 minutes before giving up. I was never acknowledged. The room had a great view and it wasn't crowded. Las Hadas seems to be catering more to their local customers, as they should. Because of their new lower standards, it is less of a value.

The desk clerks are rude, The maitre'd at the breakfast buffet is rude, and they will take advantage of you and overcharge you(if you are paying for dining). My MIL was charged full price continously for a buffet although she didn't have one. The views, beach, and facilities are breathtaking. I did have a broken sink stopper and there were a few places where there were crumbling walls or stained places. The rest of the staff (excluding the ones I mentioned) were helpful, friendly and a pleasure to know. The happy hour was great and the food was pretty good too.

It's a great location, and very good hotel. The only drawback is the food quality and selection at the pool. Very slow, they get orders wrong, and over-priced.

Dear Guest . . . Firstly, I would like to thank you for your visit. Secondly, I would like to apologize for the impression you got from us, we are on the process of remodeling our rooms, it is not an excuse every room should be in perfect condition, and there are no excuses for that; it is completely my responsibility. Reading that you already sent a letter to Orbitz about you experience puts me aside of negotiating with you although I would like to do it directly. I guess I should wait for the letter to come to our attention and then set mi position. A not happy customer; makes us to re-think about the processes of attending a guest, be sure we will do something about it, I will be more than glad to hear from you.
