We spent one night here before flying home. The room was very nice and the staff was exceptional. It is located in "China Town" placing shopping and restaurants in very close proximity. We did use the hotel restaurant and found it very good if a bit pricey, however, the complimentary breakfast provided a variety of dishes, all very good quality. I would enjoy a longer stay in this location for some shopping and relaxation.o
As a hospitality professional, I can say Ramada wouldn't be at the bottom. Location is perfect to those who wants to explore Binondo, room is spacious and clean and the staff were warm and accommodating especially the bellman named Edward who assisted us upon arrival and provided all the things we need during the stay and Housekeeping supervisor Romar who was very attentive to our request and made sure our stay would be great and memorable.
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Located in the center of the city of Manila in the Chinatown area close to shopping centers and historic places, urban centers and tourist attractions in Manila. The hotel's location is easy to reach by public transport and mass transit. Besides having a comfortable and clean room the hotel has friendly and comfortable workers to communicate with guests from out of state
We stayed here because we wanted to enjoy the sights and smells of China Town but come back to a comfortable hotel and we were not disappointed. Wonderful staff. Very helpful. Room was great and good value. Would definitely recommend!
We initially booked our reservation for Nov 25. For some reason, it took some effort in contacting them. When I finally reached them, I gave them my details. A week or two later, I called again to reschedule my reservations to Nov 18. Eden took my call (after being transferred). A couple of the details I gave for my room preference are twin beds and non-smoking room. When we checked in, we were assisted by Franchesca. I presented my voucher and ID. She asked for a deposit and I was surprised. I hope in the future, that these kinds of information be reminded to the guest when they are reserving rooms. The FO associate presented a guest folio and asked me to check if the details were correct. My full name and stay dates were correct but I was surprised that the contact number, email address, and residential address sections were filled up with information that were not mine nor were these information asked by the reservations agent when I booked. We got checked in fast and were presented with the key cards along with the info that our room was a smoking room. When we got in the room, I was also surprised that we were given a king bed instead of twin beds. The room was clean and quiet which we appreciated. Breakfast was good, too. Though we wish there were more variety of food. Servers could also use a bit of more training. Check out was quite slow due to the number of guests. The lack of a queuing system has likely affected this also.
İşIts lıvayed in cjina town just opposiye the famous church. Thats all. ıts close to some shoppimh malls!?
They are deliciously offering continental and hot breakfast. Service is good. But restaurant crews are not so approachable. I was thinking maybe they are already tired or what, but still...... Only few of them smiles.
The place is great. The hotel was clean and secured. The staff are very accommodating, courteous and helpful especially Edgar and Albert. The hotel breakfast buffet was superb you'll loose control of your diet.. :) The best part of the place is the San Lorenzo Ruiz church and the Chinese noodle house.
we've been into many places and i could say this place is one of the best places we've gone to.. Albert and Edward!! you guys did your services great!! thank you for attending us since we arrived until we depart.. we will certainly be back here.. see you again, soon!!
The hotel is just beside the San Lorenzo Ruiz Basilica. Walking distance to Divisoria, Tutuban, 168 Mall and the Lucky Chinatown Mall. Restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores are just nearby. The hotel itself is located inside Manila's Chinatown area. It's part of the downtown area of Manila where streets are not that wide yet cars are allowed to park on the side. It could be very busy on the streets during rush hours, so it would be prudent to plan the time of your trip.
