I stayed there for 2 nights from the 11th-13th June in a group of 5 pax.. It was a very nice hotel with a good China town. The plus points..1. The hotel was well located 2. The staff was excellent..special mention to Estela, Rolyn, Edward and Jeff..Good Job! 3. There are many eateries nearby..4. There is also a Mall nearby, a few convenience stores..The not so good..1. The roads in front of the hotel are always congested..2.. Not very clean and muddy especially when it rains..3. Not many 5 foot ways to take shelter..4. Not enough police presence..despite cases of pick pockets and snatch thieves

So I had the chance to stay at Ramada Manila in Binondo. First of all, I am so impressed with the big old church as my room view and the church bell that always rang once in a while, made me feel like I was staying in Spain. But when you go out of the hotel, you feel like you're really in China! And I had the chance to stroll around the Chinatown and it was really an incredible experience for me. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable bed, lovely and helpful staff and friendly security. Breakfast and lunch are also good. The only concern was, you should install GRAB apps to order transportation because taxi was a bit challenging. It took for about 30-40 mins to Makati area but the area is close to the old town Intramuros if you wanna take a city tour. And many good bars around the area too. The hotel was always full all 5 days I stayed there, which is a good sign :) I will definitely recommend you to stay at Ramada Manila Hotel. And especially when during Chinese New Year, I heard from the people it's so lively! Will surely come back! :)

If you plan to meet with other business people like us this is a hotel that will serve. You are quickly checked in by professional staff . The concierge will bring your luggage to your room he is very friendly, polite and very attentive to Albert casasola and the Front desk receptionist Charles Diel The rooms are spacy and made to meet your needs. The selection at the buffets were really impressive, and the wait-staff very attentive. the high quality of service made our visit to Ramada manila a very positive experience.

Thank you very much for the warm welcome and much kindness in assisting me and my friend when we arrived at the lobby in the midst of the rain. Mr. Charles Diel was so accomodating in processing our reservation and upon check out he was very nice and all smiles. Thumbs up to Mr. Edward Cristobal for assisting us with our luggages. He even suggested places to go, restaurants and gave us directions to places we wanted to visit. Hes a very kind and full of positivity. The lobby, the elevator, the hallways are all clean and very well maintained. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Our stay in Ramada Manila was truly an excellent one. From all the staffs that were very kind and accommodating and with its location. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend that you experience the kindness and beauty of Ramada Manila.

We stayed on same room we booked few years ago, top floor suite room. Definitely the view is nice. Bed: Since it is a two beds joined together to make a king size bed, we always asked for extra comforter to make it as a bedsheet so my kid will not feel the cut of 2 beds. Their sofa bed are not so good to sleep. My husband complaining of the backpain the next morning. Room: Spacious but the bedroom of the suite is small for us to stay together as we have crib for our baby. Plus there's a problem with their aircon, we requested for a fan. Refrigerator: If you a breastfeeding mom, bring a ziplock to put the bottle in it and label it and ask the front desk staff to put it at restaurant refrigerator as the one in the room is only a chiller. Cleanliness: Saw 2 cockroaches in the room. The day we about to check out, waterleak happened. They gave us a fruit platter for all the inconvinience. If you are family of 4- 2 adult, 1 kid, 1 baby (with crib on tow) better stay at 1 king bed executive room. It is better. Their available crib is just one layer, the lower one more of playpen style. Better bring your portable crib if you have infant.

Came to the Philippines for vacation and stayed here 2 nights only but it was a nice welcome and starting point for the whole trip. The room was spacious and clean I had there everything I needed. The good location and efficient service special mention to albert Excellent service and very accomodating makes it great value for money. The most impressive here is the high level of service, unconditional. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ramada Central! It is very close to the mall, church and delicious food like Ying Ying Tea House. The room was clean, quiet with a very comfortable bed. The best part however was the staff! They made sure my stay was up to standard. Everyone was professional but Albert, Edward, Raymart and security guard Mary Ann were outstanding! I will book again in the future. Quester
