what i did not like is they tried to charge extra for a dirty bed sheet and dirty town trying to cleanup a soda spill. they point to a very vague statement in the check in process that says there is additional fee for dirty town. will never stay at this hotel again.
A high room was offered. No late checkout offered. The service seemed diligent but not really friendly.
As with all Filipino hotels the staff is very friendly and efficient. The room is quite large and comfortable. It has all the things you look for in a room such as stocked minibar, coffee, good TV with good sound, a safe. In addition there was a nice sofa and coffee table. The bathroom was large as well.
Good location, friendly staff, large clean room and good amenities. I like the roof bar, very relaxing
Not very clean needs new rugs painted no not very nice no air con in halls or elevator not very nice.
What i don’t like is the brekpast, it should be automatic, like in other hotel, Breakpast is already automatuc, once you book Breakpast is already included, it is automatic. Thank you.
Overall the hotel was nice. Unfortunately my free daily breakfast was taken away in lieu of my choice for a non smoking room,where there should never be a smoking room on any hotels. That was bad.
The location of the hotel is perfect for where we wanted to go go. The staff are great they gave us a good welcoming friendly staff, nice hotel, pool, workout place is just next to each other. Breakfast was great, and we had lunch in the restaurant food was good. My family and I really enjoyed the pool, spa, and the gym.
Excellent hotel. Check in was smooth even though I accidently reserved a smoking room online. Switch was fast and easy. Room is spacious and comfortable with good furniture. King bed very comfortable. Bathroom also spacious. Buffets for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Large choice of food at both. One problem hotel buffets have frequently is keeping food warm in chaffing dishes. Not the case here. Entire staff from housekeeping to the doormen were very accommodating
This hotel had good facilities and very good service. Great location, too. While the room was well-appointed, our big problem was the very strong room deodorizer that was almost burning our passages. It's the kind of chemical bad odor killer hotels apply to non-smoking rooms which was previously occupied by someone who smoked. It was so unpleasantly strong that it clung to my clothes and hair. So acrid! Thank goodness we only stayed there for one night. But travelers who come in late night or early morning from overseas, you might be too tired to put up a fight when you check in at 2AM. The free breakfast buffet was wonderful, though, and the staff most pleasant. I just would never stay in a hotel where the room reeked of chemicals.. For this reason alone I would never stay in the hotel again. Cocoon, another boutique hotel nearby & one in which I've stayed, would be much better. My only beef about it is that its large rooms are relatively dark. In fairness, its staff is not quite as nice as Luxent's.
