loved this gem! we didn't expect much, but for the price it was excellent. this property are for those people looking for a respite in the middle of chaos. if you want malls and shopping this is not the place for you, but if you want quiet with views of trees outside your window, then this is it. the security guard was really nice and helpful, the front desk ladies were always smiling, and millie's was our daughter's favorite - it was delicious!!! great stay, the room we stayed in was comfortable and had plenty of space for three :) lastly the roof top pool was awesome. note: we did hear our neighbor's voices a bit through the walls, but no biggie since the crowd here seems to be business like.
Courteous friendly helpful Staff - that truly makes the difference. We choose to come back over and over ...regard this place our home away from home ... such calming no frills just bare essentials ..importantly tidy and pristine always .. enough to make us happy ... you don't get this feeling in hotels ... only at home. Hotels tend to pamper ... we just want to feel relaxed - Microtel UP Technohub delivers to perfection.

The white sheets were not white, they were almost brown, the towels were almost brown as well, they smelled good so I assumed it was clean, no coffee in the room, the walls are thin, you can hear people walking down the hallway and the corridor door being slammed/closed, the windows are thin as well because you could hear the cars on the freeway.
All good, Staff courteous and genial; Facilities - clean as always we've known it to be from the very first time we stayed here.This unassuming hotel has been our home in Manila between our trips home to Sydney and we've been coming and going nearly 5 years now - the quality of service has been the same ---- and for as long as this kind of service remains untarnished we will come back over and over, again and again.... thank you to your superb staff!.
Bathroom has stained grout all over. They don't change towels unless you say so.
