The place is OK. Clean and quite. Been there a couple of times now. The only problem that I see: no remote for aircondition which is why we can’t adjust the room temperature. Wifi is intermittent and no cable.

The room smells bad including bed sheets and pillows, smelly bathroom, exhaust not working, no cable channels, no remote for aircon, clogged sink, fluctuating internet connection, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is small but clean and comfortable. The location is easy to travel by metro to see the sights of Quezon City. There are many good places to eat in the area around the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The therapeutic bed and pillow is a lit.. I would stay at this hotel again.. :)

Rate: We got our room for only 900 pesos. So it is slightly affordable compared to other known hotels near the place and beside the building itself (Eurotel is just beside it btw) * For a frequent traveler and a budget tight person like me, you can check their rates through this app and compare it if you will be getting their walk in guest rate. I chose to get the walk in guest rate cause its cheaper. Room: We got the room located ground floor cause they dont have elevator yet. Room is Slightly bigger compared to standard rooms of known hotels and the aircon is cool enough. The room is automated using a card. I just have concerns with the ff details: -our room needs ventilation -no slippers for the guests -thin blanket -no bath robes Location: Great! You can see nearby restaurants and canteen. It is also near SM North and Trinoma. Service: Front Desk Officer is not approachable and not friendly enough to take note of our questions and concerns but the girl with him is very kind and tried to accommodate us.

I was here last Saturday . They really offer competitive package when it comes to their room rates. They offer limited food. Wifi is available but with really complicated password. No table for you to eat. Overall, its a not so good and not so bad. I'm not sure if I will be back in this place.

Depending on the attendant but you can only get standard rooms when a new attendant is on duty. Old timers always give the higher priced rooms all the time. They even give advance checkout time, depriving you of your precious times with your love ones. Receipt is not totally given so BIR please look into this not so sulit place.

Just been here yesterday. They do offer competitive package when it comes to room rates. It can range from 599php to 650php for a standard room. Wifi advertise that is working but you are connected with no traffic coming in. No particular food package aside from breakfast only and some tapas. For the room. They have like a queen size bed but the sheets are too thin. The toilet and bath are clean enough with free disposable toothbrush, toothpaste and small soap. No tables for you to eat but there is a side table. They have a rack inside the room to place your shoes and hang your clothes. Room walls is somehow thin because it's wood. Room service is good as well. They follow pay as you order scheme. Overall, may come back but not sure. 😂 If you think this review is helpful, don't forget to click the helpful vote icon below. Location Just across from SM Edsa mall, just 3-5 mins walk. Price / comfort Good for short stays as rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. Food Have their own restaurant on the side, cheap and awesome food till late night. In room Fridge NO Wifi Free wifi is available but with complicated passwords that change regularly, I gave up and used my data plan. Safety Box NO

Stayed here for a night. The place is new so it's worth every peso I paid (it's very affordable!). The room is really clean, the bathroom fixtures are all working. Great airconditioning and equipped with a flat screen TV with basic cable. The staff is also friendly. The only gripe I can think of is the flimsy blanket-it won't hold much against the aircon. All in all, this is a clean and decent place to stay at for a night or two.

My husband and I needed to find a place to stay overnight while I attended a Christmas party in the area. Traffic was really bad on EDSA, so it wasn't worth the risk to go home that night. We checked out Sulit Place and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean. The furniture and bathroom fixtures are of good quality. There's also basic cable. Plus, they also provide you with you with free soap and toothpaste. Rooms also have a key card for security. This is a place which gives good value for money and does not feel like a see dy motel.
