This budget friendly-instagrammable hotel location is very accessible, perfect place to rest after shopping at Divisoria malls. Will surely come back to try the other theme rooms.

no window yet good to rest for short time

No window. Still noise from the street (horns motors) corridor and nearby rooms. The inner walls transmit noise very easily (like switch noise). People kept knocking on doors and speaking loud in the night. Some broken things: TV, bed. Floor not clean. Small room, no chair, no storage. No toilet paper. Shower and ventilation good, no bad smell, large bathroom.
