Nestled in a quiet corner of downtown Manhattan, you’re just minutes from shops, dining, and local attractions—yet perfectly placed for a peaceful retreat. Ideal for families, couples, or friends!
Step into the bright and open living area, just a few steps up from the entry. The living room with 55 inch Roku TV flows seamlessly into the 6-top dining area and fully equipped kitchen, where you’ll find a roll-away island and all the kitchenware you need to cook and dine in.
Just off the kitchen, step outside to enjoy the oversized patio—furnished and ready for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or evening chats in the fully fenced backyard.
Down the hall, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King-sized adjustable bed, 43 inch Roku TV, en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed for restful nights.
Third Bedroom: Daybed with a pull-out twin—can be converted into a king for flexible sleeping arrangements.
