Spacious double room to let near city centre
The property is a town home which benefits from fully fitted double glazed windows throughout, helping improve the energy efficiency of the property,
The downstairs comprises of a single bedroom next to , a shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
Also on the ground floor is a modern and spacious open plan lounge, fully fitted kitchen complete with a washing machine with a complementing patio door leading to a very extensively equable garden.
The first floor comprises of two double sized bedrooms, one of this is advertised double room (available from 4th January till 4th February 2020). The room will also benefit from self catering utensils and bedspreads
The 2nd floor consist of 2 double rooms, one of which is next to a fully tiled bathroom with overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. The other double bedroom on the 2nd floor is an en-suite bedroom with it's own bathroom and toilet.
Altogether, the house benefits from 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
City center Manchester is only walking distance.
The house is very close to amenities such as shopping, such as the 24 hour ASDA supermarket in Hulme.
