The flat was fine. Clean, neat, great view. Good location to Old Trafford and the Cricket grounds. With in walking distance of Tesco and other stores as well as the tram.
Parking available and the parking pass is available.
Communication is a major issue with them.
I contacted via expedia and email with the provided email a full week and a half before my trip.
No response on either.
On the day we landed they sent an email with no instructions or idea of what to do check in or access the building.
I contacted them several times via mail and was completely ignored.
The local phone numbers were no use as no one was there or were ignoring my calls.
Had to get another room for a night until i could book another room.
Then they called me via whatsapp from Pakistan, while I was at a hotel, having had to booked another room at The Salford Quays and right after attempting to get a hold of them via email.
I had to get Expedia had to get involved to get a hold of them, to start the cancellation processes and they refused to communicate with them as well.
They refused to refund my money for their lack of professionalism and communication. After proving that i had to pay for another room. They were unwilling to even refund a portion of it for the other hotel and new accommodation service fees after they told me pound sand.
While they are very, close to Old Trafford, I would go with someone else who knows how to use email and responds with in a timely & professional manner.
