The heater unit was broken curtions broken, room was not clean We had to vacate after the first night stay Im submitted for refund there has been no response Its not money's woth that place The first dayvwe arrived the front desk staff was so inhospitable, outright rude We had to carry our own bedding and towels to the room .

I knew the hotel would be basic... but I didn't expect to have bedbug bites on my back after staying. I've never had them in my life and find it absolutely shocking that any hotel could have them. Also was quite mortified that someone had vomited in one of the lifts - it was around 1.30am, only the night porter seemed to be on duty. I alerted him as I'd been about step in to the lift when the doors opened - he said he knew about it and it would get sorted out 'later'...but he didn't put a sign out saying that the lift was out of use. I had to then warn two other guests not to go in as they'd just arrived and were about to call the lift. The least the hotel should've done was to put an 'out of service' sign out! I definitely would not stay there again.

Freezing cold room, mini heater was placed jn room but let out mjnimum heat. The air con could not be turned off and was on all night (blowing oug cold air). My colleague had another room and the same experience. He asked reception- they said they could do nothing
