Refurbishment has improved the Hotel. Unfortunately our room was not one of the chosen ones, but it was spacious- although it was by the tram line which was noisy all night long. The staff were very good, despite poor email communication- Hotels dot com did not pass on our email requests for restaurant reservations, but luckily we managed to book a table. We would come back but would check the room positioning first.

Fabulous hotel . We stayed fir New Year night . Room was clean and warm nice and quite through night , very comfortable beds . Top brakefast in the morning so much choice and good quality food full English was excellent. All staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our evening meal at the bar and its so beautiful area and so many tables even just fir a drinks . We've had enjoyed our stay here definitely wil be back

We were staying for a wedding, across the road at the Albert Hall, so perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly & warm at check-in, allowing us to check-in slightly early. Greatly appreciated after a long journey. The room is a good size with very high ceilings. Very well sound proofed. Didn’t have time to use the spa/pool sadly, but friends staying told us they had to book & availability wasn’t great. Wouldn’t expect to have to book, but could have been the time of year. Don’t use the hotel bar, but it was always fairly busy. Always very relaxed though & a lovely ambience. Would definitely stay again.
