My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the jury’s inn, I think for some reason it has a bad reputation. Check in was super easy (self service) and our room (superior) was amazing. All new furnishings, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Location was perfect for what we needed it for. Big thanks to Steven Devine who sorted out an issue with the booking. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in Jury's before and been disappointed, have to say this one is excellent from start to finish. Just a small problem, I'm sure that will be sorted. Check in is a trial self service intranet system as there were two of us it asked did we want 1 key or 2 we opted for 2. A good choice as the lights work on the card being present in the system by the room door. We were able to keep the lights on whilst we were out. The room was lovely very clean and light and airy. The Bathroom was clean, the shower being just about the best hotel shower ever. We ate our evening meal in the Oddsocks restaurant no disappointments with the food at all, we both ate the Daily Special which was Lamb Shank on a bed of mash and peas. Followed by a cheese board, here's where we should have listened and stuck to one to share but as we had not been impressed with the service (our only complaint) and not trusting the waitress we went for one each. Big Mistake. One is plenty to share. The beds are comfy the room temperature was good which made for a good nights sleep 10 hrs actually. We were both suffering the results of the recent bug to hit people over Christmas so were very pleased with the rest. There was no outside noise which was surprising as it's situated fight by Bridgewater Hall not exactly a quiet area of Manchester. Inside noise was not noticed at all not even from the rooms either side unusual in hotel chains as they are often have very thin walls. I would happily return to Manchester Jury's anytime in fact it goes to the top of my 'Hotels in Manchester list.

Overall a very good stay apart from the pillows being too large and thick for me personally and no fresh air in the room due to windows being locked for Health & Safety reasons. The only points not great!!!

Located about ten minute stroll from St Peters Square, this hotel is near a few bars but is a little out of town. The rooms are newly refurbished and a very comfortable, it is a quiet hotel for a good night's sleep and a breakfast made with quality produce to an excellent standard. Deffinately recommended.

We stayed at jury inn on 6th January. with another couple to celebrate, friends birthday. We got a good price for our room as we booked in advance. We got room with breakfast included for £49. Hotel is modern and breakfast was good but busy. Only disappointment was we booked a quiet room, but we didn't receive this our room was on five floor end room 507, we had two large windows in our room and outside was a very busy road. The traffic never died down during the night and we both didn't sleep at all.

Great room very clean Breakfast is self service. All food was really nice and piping hot. Staff friendly which is always nice. All round good value for money I would have given 5 stars but dont like the self service check in. They say its a trial but i dont like it , too impersonal just a way of saving staff wages. Other than that I cant fault the place . Will definitely use this chain of hotels again

Been to Manchester many times. It’s my first time staying here. Easy self check-in. We were on 6th floor it’s was nice big room for a city hotel. Clean tidy with tea ,coffee etc provided free. Buffet breakfast is well worth the extra. What’s best about this hotel is it’s location. Great pub next door 2 minutes walk to trams Less that 10 minutes walk to shopping, old quarter etc. At these prices you won’t find a better hotel in a fantastic location.

Very clean hotel all the staff were very helpful and polite the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean easy check in and check out system would definitely recommend this hotel close to the city centre and transport links

Stayed for one night in December. Check in and out process really smooth and hassle free. Comfortable beds, nice sized room and helpful and friendly staff. Good location for city centre and very reasonable rates.

During my stay, my partner fell seriously ill due to external circumstances resulting in myself calling an ambulance. During that time, staff came up to my room (one being the manager) and helped me keep calm in the situation. I cannot thank them more for their kindness, even afterwards, they cleaned our room during our trip to the hospital. Usually, hotel staff have a tendency of treating younger visitors disingenuously in comparison with older visitors but not at Jurys inn. I cannot thank them enough.
