Fab place to stay - even better Gluten free Breaky

Hotel was fab especially aftter a 4 hour flight with a 2 hour delay. The best part was the breakfast with it being Gluten free.

Room wasn't cleaned when I opened the door. Cleaning staff on the 4th floor were fantastic. Had the room turned around in 30 mins while I went out for a walk. Afternoon House Keeping Supervisor / staff was efficient and so pleasant.

What a disappointment!

The hotel is very convenient close to T2 from Manchester International Airport. Breakfast was good. The facilities is quite new. However, they do not a. Let luggage storage as advertised by hotels.com we chose to stay at this hotel because of the luggage service advertised because we planned to go to Nottingham for a couple days by train after staying at the hotel for one night, and returning back to stay another couple nights, what a disappointment that they refused to keep our luggage stored at the hotel. And we had to drag our 2 pieces of big luggage and the carry on on the train!
