Given a room used as a dumping ground by cleaning staff! Then another with discarded glasses outside it. The corridor had lots of trays of used room service dishes abandoned. Room had workmans wrench in the drawer! 2 of the 3 lifts not working.

Ignored at Radisson priority check in, staff chose to serve other customers who turned up after us- in the end we had to join normal queue despite online check in instructions to join priority check in and we are Radisson members. No apology or any recognition. Despite online check in to save time check in process took ages- why? Room opposite lifts so very very noisy - also next to stairs so noise of bar travelled up. Room clean and ok, minor point no biscuits and only one hot chocolate and minimal tea bags. Swimming pool/ gym clean but old and dingy. When we visited those there were choosing to be noisy and jumping in and out of the pool, never seen this before. Overall just about ok
