The hotel staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. The hotel van was unreliable we had to pay for a cab to the hotel because the van was not heading back to the airport for another two hours.
Not bad good value Good location Quiet Comparable to previous trips
It might be the culture in that part of the country or a lack of customer service skills for the people working at that specific hotel, but I felt that I didn't get the value for the amount of money I paid to stay there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone going to Manaus.
Generally good. The staff were helpful and polite.
The Hotel is located next door to the night club - we could not sleep at all - music and laugh from 11PM until 6AM!!! Staff does not speak English at all. There was only one Towel in the bathroom (for two of us).
