the food is available buffet style. Edible. The place is good for a quick pit stop on the way in/out of the Amazon. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend a long stay. It's really dark. I went up to the pool/fitness room (it was nighttime) and none of the lights came on. There was no filtered water available in the fitness room as promised. But you can buy water. And there is no shuttle to/from the airport - but yet we saw a shuttle being used to transport people. It's stark, dark and kind of cold feeling. But it works if you have to catch a late night flight.

This hotel is used by local and international tourists and tour groups, airline crew, even local soccer teams. The free breakfast buffet and great price dinner buffet were amazing. Home cooked meal. All staff are helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very near airport. But nothing is around to walk to. Beautiful pool deck outside on rooftop. Highly recommend!

Awful housekeeping leading to bad maintenance.

Very mixed experience here. GOOD: The front desk staff was very good. Rooms are spacious. BAD: Housekeeping was very bad. They “made up” a sofa bed for us, including a sheet to lie on, but no covering sheet or pillow. A room for 2 people had only 1 towel. Requests to get additional towels took 3 calls and 90 minutes before they were finally delivered. Room condition was also bad because housekeeping did not notice problems and inform maintenance. We had 4 rooms in all, and 3 had very obvious dark black mold spots in the showers. In several rooms, the AC would not stop when the temperature reached the set point. So we had to wake up repeatedly to turn off the AC when it got too cold. Then turn it on again when it got too hot.

Property is very near the airport but far from downtown. But it was good for an overnight stay as we had a morning flight the next day. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quite far from other restaurants but the hotel buffet was good enough.
