They chsrge 5 dollars to use the airport shuttle

The overall space at the Camino Real has always been, and remains, very nice...a good first night in Nicaragua with palm trees, swimming pool and breezy open air feeling. The rooms though, for the price paid, are subpar...nothing bad but pretty bland. No coffee machine in the room and no free bottle of water nor refrigerator are downsides too. Breakfast was excellent and service was overall good

Close to airport. Has casio on perperty. Good cheap restaurant.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My wife and I were pick up at at the airport By a free shuttle.

Hotel has definitely taken a step down. It is not what it used to be. For example: on their website they say that free shuttle service is until 10.30 pm. When I called to front desk and asked to sign me up for the last shuttle they said that the last one has left already at 9 pm. Same happened when I called from airport and asked to pick me up. It was past midnight, but in the past they did pick me up this hour. No more welcome drink and other little things + looks like price has gone up. The staff is as helpful and friendly as before.

Close to the airport. Very nice pool. Food is excellent and cheap. Highly recommended.

Very good place to stay for any reason. Orbitz.com sucks!

I love the staff and the condition of the property .the only complain is the the airport shuttle is almost always late

Everything is excellent, except mosquitoes in the room. I think El Camino Real should do something about it or at least provide it's guests with repellent.

I've been going there 8 years and I think I will go back, because the hotel and the stuff are really lovely. The reason I'm giving low points this time is the mosquitoes in the room. Not just one or two, but plenty. I killed at least 4, but there were more. I think El Camino real should spray under the beds and the housekeepers should keep the doors closed during the housekeeping. There is nothing worse than a mosquito bites on Your body while You wake up in the morning.

It's a nice place. Clean, secure and helpful staff. I go there 8 years.

Hotel was beautiful, and staff was amazing at speaking English. Breakfast was well worth the cost and our waiter Kevin was amazing I’m recommending different foods that we have not eaten before. Will definitely stay again!

Like the free shuttle to and from the Airport , pool and welcome cocktail.

Current political situation affects the quality of service. For example at the time of my say they didn't had the lunch buffet. Probably because of lack of customers. Other than that everything was as good or excellent as usually.

Nice hotel close to airport. Casino near by. Safe location

Nicaraguans are very humble and friendly people, making the customer service the best. Although there was a confusion with the shuttle service, they quickly fixed the issue and were very humble apologizing for the incident. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel that is close to the airport and has a free shuttle. We stayed here a few weeks ago and enjoyed it. The service is always very attentive? In fact, after we checked into our room a lady came by to see if everything was okay. The pool was immaculately clean. Nice cushioned lounge chairs. This time we had dinner at the restaurant. I had the New World Chicken, something different in Nicaragua, as it was chicken breast stuffed with dried fruits and cashews and almonds drizzled with a tamarind sauce. It was tasty. And of course, the breakfast buffet is outstanding. A huge selection of anything you want. Definitely stay here of your flight in or out.

No one had informed you of the additional cost for the transportation service. A few months ago the service was reactivated and it is no longer free.
