It was clean and quiet. I would suggest that you have an all inclusive package that would include the bar and drink with dinner and breakfast. I would pay an extra 200$ for an all inclusive package. The gift shop should have regular hours. 8am-5pm every day. I could not buy any gifts when checking out because the gift shop was closed. Other than that, the staff was excellent.

Clean and nice hotel. Did not like the fact that the rooms are not dark. Also I reserved a transport to pick me up at the airport but they never came. Aside that it is close to the airport so a good choice for a first night after the landing.

this property is about 5 minutes from the airport. It was clean and the staff were really helpful. The room service was great but I didnt like the buffet food option. I didnt eat the buffet food it was just limited options for 17 american dollars. You can go out and get better forr for that price

It gets too pricey for me. Breakfast and lunch buffet are still edible but that's about it, nothing to write home about it. It used to be great. I'm certainly turning away from that hotel because there are other places available in Managua that offer similar comfort for better prices. Still no cigars available, no Moropotente Lado Oscuro or Guinness beer. Poor variety.

The air conditioner it was spilling water, I reported one day before and they didn’t do anything , today it was worse and when my girlfriend going walking she fell to the floor cause the water , and hurt the knees, staff of the hotel didn’t do nothing at all . All my bags get wet
