Spent 3 nights here and enjoyed every minute. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and a fantastic roof top bar. Would definitely return and recommend to future visitors. Palma centre about 10/15 min walk away
The hotel has a very good location.Every problem (including leaving luggage with the reception in the last day ) is solved very nicely by the friendly staff. Also advantage is that the gym works non stop.We are satisfied with our experience as this is not our first time there (we hope it isn't the last).
Stayed here for a long weekend and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a good location, easy to get to shop and restaurants. Nice clean modern hotel, with a lovely roof terrace with views over the rooftops and to the sea and an area to sunbathe. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight out and asked if we could stay longer in our room, we were given the option of staying up to 2pm for free and then use the spa facilities for showering or pay an extra 45 euro and have the room until 6pm. We opted for the latter and very glad that we did, as we were able to get ready for leaving at a leisurely pace and had a nice drink and meal on the roof terrace before we left which was really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definately return again.
I moved here from another hotel because I wanted to be closer to the town centre. The hotel is very conveniently located. It's on the edge of town (just a few minutes walk) but the surrounding area is nice and quiet. On the whole, I really enjoyed my stay. It's a new hotel, so everything feels fresh and clean. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Drinks in the minibar are complimentary - a nice touch. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly, professional and efficient. The rooftop terrace is great. Quite a lot of sun loungers and space, although the area around the (small) pool is cramped. There's also a small gym which has enough kit for a basic workout. One thing I was disappointed with was the food. I expected a lot better. I didn't eat in the restaurant downstairs (I chose to have breakfast outside), but I did have some lunch upstairs on the terrace. I found the menu to be very limited and expensive, and my food wasn't too great. They did however make a killer coffee.
Very good quality room with an actual King Size bed, A/C and modern and spacious bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The location is convenient, with a 15 minutes walk to the cathedral and historical center through pedestrian street. Also located just minutes away from a major bus stop where you take an express bus to the beaches. The hotel has a very relaxing rooftop bar and pool, as well as Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, all very clean when we stayed at the hotel. We would stay there again without hesitation.
Just stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and I couldn't fault it. It was very clean and well maintained. The reception staff and all other staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this but we did have food on the rooftop terrace and it was very good. The rooms were compact but all you really need for a short stay. My only negative observation was the toilet and shower being part of the actual room space which limited privacy. We were upgraded at no cost to a room with a Nespresso machine which was a nice touch and we had requested a kettle in the room too which we used throughout the stay. The rooms were cleaned each day and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooftop was exactly what we wanted with a splash pool to cool down after a busy day. I am struggling to find fault but maybe just a note to have a parasol with some of the beds as the sun can get intense at times. We were allowed to continue to use the hotel facilities after our midday check out with the use of a shower in the downstairs spa however it was very hot down there so was quite a struggle with cases etc. I am being over critical maybe but just an observation. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and will be looking to stay at a Melia hotel in another resort in the future.
A very warm welcome on arrival, good quality room, very clean and modern and great rooftop bar with nice gins and unique swimming pool . Overall a great stay with friendly staff. will definitely be returning.
Stayed for 4 nights with my wife. Hotel is well located in Palma. Rooms are small, bathrooms are very small and poorly designed. Hotel is clean and the staff is nice for the most part. The issue is the management imposed rules the staff is to follow and a bit of laziness. We did not have room cleaning / free minibar restocking for the entire stay, but this was by our choice. This likely saved the hotel a few labor hours and a bit of overhead. My wife was not feeling well and when I requested some water on our 3rd night I was told that I could only get water was via room service (was too late for that )or to purchase from the roof top bar which was already closed. Bummer. On our 4th night I requested water again, considering that our mini bad was not refilled the entires stay (by choice) but was told that I could only get 2 tiny waters or purchase a large bottle of water at the bar upstairs. I agreed to 2 tiny bottles and went upstairs to try and purchase a large bottle. When I got upstairs I was told that they were out of large bottles of water at the bar (they did have regular size which I did not want) but I could get one via room service for an extra surcharge since the bartender would have to get it from elsewhere at the hotel. Having been in customer service industries my entire life I believe it is very poor customer service if you are out of something you have not bothered to restocked at the bar but try to charge your clients extra because you need to go and grab it. The bartender was lazy and graced me with a double pour of brandy instead. I nodded in disbelief. Towels: blue towels are for the beach / pool. White towels are for the room. You are asked for a 10 euro deposit per towel for the blue towels but the loop hole is that you can have as many white towels as you like if you ask. Interesting situation and I did take advantage of it. Breakfast: you are no allowed to sit with the guests that paid for breakfast to have just coffee. You are asked to sit at an area which is blocked of from the rest of the guests who paid 14 euros for breakfast, which made us feel like we are not trustworthy or good enough guest to be with others who were eating. I would have given this hotel a 5 star review had I been treated with more respect, consistency, and trust. We were not there to steal towels or food from the buffet. We are seasoned (and thirsty) world travelers who were simply there to enjoy our time but felt treated like misbehaved children. Would NEVER stay here again for reasons described.
The hotel is in a very central, convenient location. The old town and train/bus station are close by and easy to walk to. It was very clean and all staff members were helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was lovely.
Paco made our late arrival a warm and welcoming one. The breakfast on offer is great if you are really hungry but not worth 14 euros if you only want a croissant and coffee [you can get the same down the road for 2 euros]. The rooms are clean and spacious and has great lighting options. Bath and shower as well as a bidet. Rooftop bar and pool is perfect for what you need. You are close to all the tourist spots, nothing is more than a 10-15 min walk away. There is what looks like a play area or an art room through the elevator and it is annoying because I couldnt find out how to get into it to build my own toys. :) Perfect stay from beginning to end.
