Well appointed rooms, helpful staff, 10 mins walk to Cala Major beach. Food was excellent. The room did not have a kettle. I don't know if this is common in Spain but I can not imagine a hotel which does not has a kettle and tea/coffee facility in the room. There was no iron either. The hotel is little far from the city centre so you have to plan your travel to the city centre in a better way. The room was noisy and you could hear a man snoring in the adjacent room. This was the worst part about the stay
A very conveniant hotel, placed on a hill. Nice rooms in a quiet neighborhood, although minimarkets and cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffe at a descent cost with what you expect. My mates are small breakfast eaters and therefor we only had it once during our stay. A cup of coffe with a boccadillo can be found nearby from 05.00 in the morning. We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant with pork served bloody and with no redberry sauce as was in the menu. After sending it back twice it wasn’t any better even though there was some sauce added last time. We did not have to pay for it anyway. Nice service and a great pool.
Excellent hotel close to Palma city and beach. Clean room and facilities . Great pool area and gym and bar. Breakfasts had a great variety of food to suit all tastes. Only ate dinner one evening and it was a buffet style meal. I would definitely stay again as staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is a very nice hotel near Cala Mayor in eastern Palma. It is specially good for children and has an very good a la carte resto. Nice pool area and last but not least serviceminded and helpful personel. Nearby there are some top class restos. Not the best choice for the handicaped. The chuttle to town is very good but coule extend its services.
Highly recommend this hotel. Family of three, the room was adequate, with nice views. The breakfast was fantastic and above all the staff were amazing. Will definitely go back. The location makes it easy to get to town and the local beaches. The busses stop at the bottom of the street.
Located in Cala Major, a few steps from Palacio Marivent, the residence of the Spanish royals. Art work of Miro all over the hotel. Friendly staff, standard rooms a bit small, quite noisy on a Saturday night. Taxi to the airport about 30 €. Main advantage for me was the proximity to the Foundation Pilar and Joan Miro.
Only stayed the one night to get to airport early the following day. First impressions, hotel is at the top of a steep hill with on street parking, so for those with wheelchair or walking difficulties, you may find this an issue. Went out for dinner in the evening for our last night, and could not find anywhere which was open‼️As the Spanish don't normally open until approximately 20:00 hrs, ended up having to go back to the hotel for a cafe meal from the bar.... Room was okay, on the small side. Main issue in the room was there are NO tea/coffee making facilities as standard, which I found quite strange. Rang room service at 06:45 to ask for a pot of coffee for 2 and abruptly told by the english guy on reception that there was no room service and I would have to go down stairs to drink my coffee‼️ I was not amused or prepared to drink it downstairs, so after a LONG discussion with the bar staff, he begrudgingly gave me two small pots of coffee to take upstairs to my room for myself and husband, which appeared to be frowned upon...once upstairs, we were able to enjoy our morning coffee...all in all, not impressed with the English receptionist or bar staff, could do with a lesson in "customer care" to paying guests...

We stayed for 6 days. It has been one of those holidays, the best time spend and the best meals were at the hotel. We loved every minute here. The staff is great- always smiling and making you feel welcome. We love it!
Very decent hotel . Not the best situated but makes up for it in great staff , it's close to Palma and walking distance into Cala Major . Good rooms , good sized pool & cleanliness. If u fancy visiting this area I'd recommend this hotel for a nice quiet stay . We stayed over for a weekend and had a ball .
