This was our 9th stay at this hotel. We come here every October half term for a short break to re-charge our batteries. On arrival at the hotel off an early flight we were offered a glass of Cava and advised that our room was ready. We were upgraded to one of the Villas which was very much appreciated. Breakfasts in the hotel continue to be of an excellent standard with plenty of choice. We only had one meal in the restaurant which was lovely once again. Our other meals we either had locally or in Palma. We used the buses to get to and from Palma which were excellent and great value for money. We were able to fit in time this year to go to Soller on the Train and then onto Port de Soller on the tram. This was a lovely day out and very reasonably priced at 32 euros each. Thanks to the hotel for a lovely stay again and we hope to make it stay 10 next year.

It's a pearl. Wonderful and unique. But if you travel with a stroller or a person in a wheelchair, you might have some difficulties. It's located on the rocky peninsula and the is no elevator. Stuff of the hotel are super friendly and always ready to help you with those issues, but keep it in mind, it may limit your indépendance.

The hotel is located on its own peninsula so there are two private beaches just for hotel guests, which are lovely. The hotel is large and the rooms are spacious and clean. There are two pools and it never felt crowded. The breakfast is very good and there is a great selection of food. We were there with a baby and it was easy to get what we needed for the baby. I would recommend hiring a car if you stay here because it is secluded and there are no restaurants or shops very close by and if you want to explore the island the public transport is not very reliable even though there is a bus stop right outside. Everything is about 15 minutes walk away otherwise. We would definitely stay here again. Great hotel.

Hotel for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful territory. Very nice view from the window (room 504), good service. Attentive staff (reception? restaurant). Good cleaning. A bit boring in the evening. Near a large supermarket

Tucked away in quiet spot just 10 minutes walk into fertilia .Very well comfortable rooms we were on second floor with sea view and had very large balcony, room for two sun loungers. The hotel was impeccably clean . The dining room in the evenings was busy as you were suppose to sit in the same place every evening ,same staff, which in our case wasn’t as good as other areas of the dining room.We felt a bit too regimented and sometimes the maitre d was unorganised and confused too. Breakfast was much better always plenty of choice and organised by staff.Pool area and beach again well managed and very clean . A great place to unwind .

I have brought a group of 8 tennis players from Bath here 3 times in the last 4 years. This hotel has never disappointed. Lovely setting.peaceful, spacious, helpful staff, comfortable bedrooms, sea to swim in, best breakfast etc etc. We have always enjoyed our stays and hope to comeback for more years in October. Thank you all for another great stay. We are leaving today

We stayed in the Punta Negra for a 4 day break. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds on a small peninsular. It is a wonderfully quiet and relaxing place where you can escape the rat race and really chill out, read a book or even just sleep. Our room was lovely, clean and bright with a balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast in the morning was very extensive and good quality with an amazing array of fresh fruit which we particularly enjoyed. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, from the champagne check in, to the cleaners, and the reception staff who helped us find our way around the area. We ate at the hotel for one evening meal which we very much enjoyed, but found quite expensive and a little bit too upmarket for what we like to eat on holiday. Also drinks in the hotel were pricey too. We found the water in the swimming pool was really quite cold so we tended to avoid this, but the sea in the little cove was a lot warmer. If you want a peaceful break away from everything with time to really relax, read and catch up on some rest then this is the perfect place. However, if you want a loud party atmosphere then this is definitely not the place to go!! We felt we had the best of both worlds - a lovely, peaceful base to relax in, but also we could walk a short distance away and go out to restaurants and bars with a more lively atmosphere if we wished.

We truly enjoyed our first family vacation at Punta Negra. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The location is beautiful and offers to private beaches. Schwimming from one to the other was such a great experience. We can also recommend the restaurant with an implacable view.

Had booked this hotel for the week of our wedding & was really apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. A lot of our friends had booked to stay there too & I was conscious of them having a good stay. We didn't need to worry- the hotel was great, exactly what we wanted. The grounds are absolutely stunning, you couldn't get a better location! There is a lovely relaxing atmosphere around the hotel, it's nice and quiet yet the hotel was full! We requested a specific villa- no 14 & we were delighted to have being allocated it. We requested nice rooms for all our friends & they were all delighted with beautiful sea views. The breakfast had everything you could want and the pool restaurant was really good too. Staff were all lovely and so accommodating. Would highly recommend the H10 Punta Negra!

This is my second stay at the H10 Punta Negra hotel, the reason i went back are the grounds, the hotel is set on a peninsula and is surrounded by the sea. The hotel has wonderful peaceful grounds with pine trees that overhang small cliffs. The hotel buildings themselves are a little dated but well maintained and this adds to the charm the rooms have been refurbished to a good standard and are very comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and very enjoyable with a very good standard of food and such a wide range. The staff were very helpful from Candice who made my booking to the reception staff and Juan who helped with our stay. I will be back
