This hotel has been a family favourite for the past 24 years and it gets better year after year! We visited in Oct 2016 and had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor which was easy enough to access with the buggy but felt the terrace was a let down as you couldn't see out. Would have preferred 1st or 2nd floor. Room was good, had everything we needed. Hotel itself is outstanding, fabulous pools - the splash pool is incredible. Our young kids never sat down for the whole holiday as they loved the pool so much. Kids club was great and located right next to the splash pool - very secure as well. Entertainment at night was incredible, mini disco was a lot of fun, bingo was good too. The shows were amazing as was the Spanish evening. Incredible holiday and would love to go back soon!
Average in all areas with pretty poor rooms. Noisy, not that clean and needed some love and attention. Got ants continually coming in kitchen area and bathroom drains smelled bad. Didn’t even like the food and hated having to cross the road every time. The one positive was the kids splash pool which was great. Location is so so. The resort was ok. Plenty of shops and nice big beach.
Went back to the jutlandia just as lovely as i remember .Just the 1 girl i remember from last year think you called her rosalie if im right she must have thousands of people go through this hotel in a year and she remember us from last year and sent a bottle of wine up to our room and welcomed us back So many thanks this hotel is lovely and a great bunch of people from all walks of life .It is a bit of a walk down to the shops and bars and restaurants .And if you want to go to the square it is all up hill so if walking is a problem you can get a taxi down at the roundabout .Lovely shops bars and restaurants. And a great big beach lovely to stroll on at night time.It was late when we went this year so people where saying about the mosquitos i brought sprays and cream but i must have had about 40 bites on me and still have them some went away ok but because i scratched so much i still draw blood a month later so .will not go so late again .Santa ponsa is a great place to visit and would go back again .And many thanks to the staff of jutlandia for a great hoilday.
Enjoyed a week here with my one year old son . Great location , fantastic pools . The apartment was clean and had everything you need . Staff were lovely very friendly . My son was a bit young for the entertainment so cant comment on this but it was a bit loud and on till 11 every night not so good trying to get a baby to sleep but im sure if you have older kids you wouldnt mind this . Saying that it wouldnt put me off going back . We went all inclusive food was good plenty to choose from . Dont think id go all inclusive again as there was plenty restaurants near by . All round great holiday
Just returned from a small break with my daughter and three grandchildren age 19, 7, and 2. We were on the 2nd floor and in the starfish block which we requested as it was the fartherest away from the stage but we never went back to the room before 11 so the noise level didn't bother us, the room was a good size 2 beds and a cot in the back room and 2 in the front room, cleaned every day with fresh towels, you have to watch the shower as it floods everytime you use it we used all but one hand towel to mop the floor. The TVs in the room. Had a few English channels which was good. The pool area was fab the kids used the splash pool all the time and even the deeper pools but they were all freezing cold. The entertainment was ok, hoolio (sorry about the spelling) he made the entertainment good he was always joking around. The bar staff were great as was all the other staff, any time there was a breakage or spillage they were straight there to clean it up. We had to go to the plazama hotel across the road for all the meals which were all lovely and plenty of variety for adults, as for the kids there wasn't much for them they had chicken nuggets on for 1 day and they were lovely but for being a family resort they should have a children's section for them to choose from every night. The food at the snack bar was really food really nice burgers. We all got the same coloured wrist bands on so my granddaughter who is 19 couldn't get served at the bar when certain staff were on they need to give under 18,s a different colour band. The kids club is next to the splash pool, it always had kids in so it must have been good. The location of the hotel is great just a few minuets walk from the lovely horseshoe beach, love it. It was a lovely holiday and would definitely return
Absolutely brilliant place , very family friendly, the kids entertainment is superb , the entertainers are excellent , especially Julio , what a character he is , Every staff member is excellent, It was our daughters first birthday when we were there and when we came back to our room we found a card and gift for her and a bottle of fizz for us , such a nice touch
Great Accommodation Always clean and tidy, Great friendly staff very attentive and helpful, Great Food So much choice and well prepared, Great Entertainment for Adults and kids(Julio and Co), Julio involves everyone and is a superb entertainer, Clean pools so much to do and so much fun, Beach and shops 5 min walk, super market across the road, Glass bottom boats, Water/Amusement park not far away. we were here for 10 days and hope to be back again.....
Had an absolute ball at this hotel. We went self catering and apartment was fabulous, very clean with everything you would need. All overlook the pool. Reception and bar staff were outstanding couldnt do enough for you. Restaurant and bar had loads on offer at reasonable prices. And very tasty for food and drink. Cant comment on A.I. food. Childrens club was great again the girl and entertainment staff went above an beyond really seemed to enjoy there jobs. Pool and splash pool were great kids played happuly for hours. Just up road from beach with some lovely bars and restaurants close by.
Arrived late in the evening from Denmark. Asked if it what poissible to bye some food somewhere. They pulled up four bags with sandwiches, fruits and water. Good start. Our kids (age 7 and 10) loved the pools and the all inclusive. The meals served where fresh and variated. The snack and drinks bar had a god selection. Off course you had to pay extra for specials. The kids got the main beds. Me and my took the extra beds, that culd have been better. But hey, did the job. The people working there was the nicest, most compentent, serviceminded staff one can find. My kids loved to order, and if they got shy the staff, guided and helped them. We had to checkout at noon and wait for a late flight. We stored our luggage there, they would have have led us stay in our room or another if possible, but they were fully booked. We belived them. Instead we enjoyed the all inclusive until we left :) The appartment did what it was supposed to. There was a small cooking area and fridge with freezer. The cleaning was good. One morning we spotted ants on a wall. They were gone when we returned, and they never came back. The location of Jutlandia was great. 5-8 min walk to a perfect beach or to a large supermarket.
Great accommodation and entertainment for young families, located few minutes walk from beach, shops bars and restaurants. All inclusive menu average, lots of salads and fresh fruits available though. Staff always friendly and helpful. If travelling with elderly or children with trolleys ask for lower floor accommodation as no lift.
