Had a fantastic time here with the family the grandkids were never out of the pool. The staff were brilliant very friendly and would go out of their way to help. The snacks at the hotel were very nice you had to go across the road to the sister hotel for breakfast lunch and evening meal which was okay but the food better some nights than others. Overall had a great time I’m sure I will return but not sure about the all inclusive
had a great time here. were on the top floor so a little awkward to get pram up and down as stair cases are narrow and fitting a stair gate at the top was a bit if a bodge. great kids club and evening entertainment. staff were all excellent. noise was ok for us as we were far from the stage but agree it wouldn't be great if you were next to it.
Nice clean hotel. Very nice staff. Good rooms. Good poolarea. “Average food”(you’ll get whats excepted at the price). BUT the soundlevel from the evening entertainment was varying from “fine” to redicules high levels...every 30seconds! So getting the smallest children to sleep was a “challenge”... if your children is noisesensitive: pick another hotel!!! The hotel should really reconsider the use of the stage after 9pm...especially when the area is almost empty:-/
Just returned after 10days, had a brilliant time, hotel very clean, rooms cleaned every day clean towels every day , bar staff can't do enough for you , reception staff are so helpful , food good although we did eat out for a change, we went to fat sam's highly recommend just 5 min walk ,pool's good I would say one thing to the life guard though" keep your eye on the kids in the pool not yr phone "I had to jump in to get a little girl because she jumped in the deep end and couldn't swim good job I seen her, didn't have to get up early to get a bed ,don't know what it would be like in peak season though, all in all I had a brilliant time we even won bingo entertainment ok , couldn't fault the jutlandia , if I had to find something wrong ,it would be one silly little thing the shower curtain not long enough floor soaking oh and not enough room for clothes .
We booked the jutlandia at very short notice after having to cancel our holiday earlier in the summer. We normally go for much smaller hotels but had a good week away. My boys aged 5 and 7 loved the pool and we went to some of the entertainment in the evening, including the mini disco which my boys loved. The rooms were small and I didn't like the layout of the balcony which was the only entrance to the apartment and made it feel quite open, but that's just a small issue. The apartments themselves, and the complex generally were really clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Lunch at the snack bar was good, and not too expensive, and the location was perfect, a very short walk to lots of good restaurants and the beach, and at the quieter end of the town. Having said all this and pointing out all the positives we wouldn't go back, just because it was busier than we are used to. We went in September and I imagine if you go in the summer holidays it would be really busy however if you want busy and child friendly this is a good choice.
Two apartments as family holiday nice kids resort! Pools and facilities were great ! The beds and apartments are basic not a great sleep and we where in front of the stage for our holiday which did put a dampener on it as everyone was outside our apartment watching the disco and a row of seats of people to sit on which left little privacy!
This hotel does what it says on the tin remember only 3star+ hotel located perfectly to walk to beach etc. Yes you have to go over to sister hotel for meals, but not a problem for me, snacks at pool are good, I was at a so called 5star in the summer, the staff and service here was far superior, great for a cheeky week away, remember your on holiday so enjoy without looking to complain, which talking off, mums and dads don't let kids run wild at night !! And should they not be at school??
Location of this is great on the quieter side of the resort, close to everything you need - the let down was with the room, I can cope with 'tired' or 'in need of refurb' but our room was just dirty. On arrival (which involved checking the room had been cleaned and a finger point by reception staff in the general direction of the room and then left to get on with it) we were met with a rubbish strewn balcony and an open fridge filled with stinking wet towels, we called reception who sent someone round to retrieve said items, no apology.....in 20 odd years of self catering this was the first time I have ever bought anti bac wipes and cleaned an apartment before we settled in....not what I intended to be doing on holiday. maids came daily (and on 3 occasions left our room unlocked!) and we got clean towels and bed made but no actual cleaning.....we didn't have kids with us and I'm no clean freak but the thought of little ones crawling on those floors ! The only entrance to the apartment is thru the balcony, multiple times we had kids and on two occasions drunk lads pitching up practically in our apartment, there is no privacy or security at all on any balcony as everyone going up and down is passing your door...... Staff generally friendly but to be honest we headed out everyday and just slept there...had some snacks and drinks onsite and decent service and prices - would not go back to these apartments - they are called a family resort but lots of groups of adults/hen parties etc...i.e our first night we had a 6 group lads party one side and drunken arguing at 3 in the morning on the other, I mean, I needed a good nights rest after all that cleaning lol
Where here now and my family and i love it. Everything is walking distance shops bars restaurant's and the beach. This is my sons first holiday he's 1 and is enjoying himself. The pools entertainment and staff are fantastic. Can't comment on the food as where self catering where defo returning next year. Julio is a big hit with my son daughter and my daughters friend. A must is to visit the beautiful beach. Fat sams and tonys is good for food.
We arrived late 1130pm to be told our room had a leak so we could have another room tonight but must change back in the morning . We was so tired so just wanted to get our heads down . After going to reception 930am to change rooms again we were told to leave our luggage in reception and the other room would be ready for 1pm . I was furious as we had payed for our room to be told we have no room for the next 4 hours . After complaining to the manager we would be left with no room.for a few hours he said if u don't like it I will return the money and u leave the hotel . The customer service from the manager was shocking . After all it wasn't our fault the leak was in the room and they didn't want to give us another room as it was an upgrade . Anyway taxi is 60 euro from airport around 30 min drive After checking in at hotel it's €1.10 per night per person tourism tax. Hotel was clean . Towels changed daily. Rooms are very small and basic . Kettle microwave .u have to pay for the tv control at reception if u want tv in the room and the safe. Air con didn't work after complaining they did something but wasn't cold air con ! Shower standard. Pool area clean. Pool was freezing . The all inclusive restaurant isn't even in the hotel u have to cross the road and eat at the sister hotel for dinner !! No lifts for buggys (so much for family hotel ). . very polite .Staff on reception including the manager very rude 10 min walk to beach which was nice. Only stayed for 5 nights thank goodness . Would i recommend to a family ? No chance . Overall I would return to Santa ponsa but not this hotel . Magaluff is 7 mins in a taxi and cost €10. Weather mid September 25 degrees daytime . Need jumper or cardigan in evening
