Villa Bendinat 10 - by Priority (tourist license number ETV15389), is a picturesque holiday villa with a pool and exceptional views of the sea, where you can rest your gaze from the terrace. Adapted for people with disabilities.



The spacious property has a pool surrounded by palm trees, a covered terrace and garden, and the villa is particularly bright, tastefully decorated and welcoming.

It can accommodate up to 8 guests, with its 4 rooms. The villa has two floors and an elevator.

They can immerse themselves in a jacuzzi and enjoy four bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub and two have a shower.

You will find everything you need to feel at home: high speed WiFi and televisions, air conditioning, central heating, parking for three cars, barbecue facilities, washing machine, hairdryer.

The kitchen has gas and induction, a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer.



Bendinat is a residential area, 10 minutes by car from Palma, the ideal place for those looking for a place of quiet and rest. On the other hand, it is a perfect starting point to go to the beach with turquoise water, to the Bendinat golf course or to Marineland, and many more. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations.



*If energy consumption is excessive (more than 20L of diesel/day), a supplement will be requested for excessive energy use.



Rules:



- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.



-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.



-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa



-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.



-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.



Booking Conditions:



- Visitors must pay a deposit at the time of arrival of 1000 Euros (by bank transfer), it will be returned after departure.



- Tourist Tax: €2,2/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.



"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
