Very nice small hotel with newly renovated rooms in a very quite and secure area. Sweet and service minded personnel, working hard to make your holidays at the best! No pool, but just a short walk to a large and beautiful beach with beach bar. We loved this hotel.

The room was recently updated and simply outstanding for the price. Breakfast was adequate. Housekeeping was extremely good. If you are looking for a five star experience this is definitely not the place for you. For the price the property a great find and highly recommend.

The hotel is located in a very touristic neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is outdated, the room we were staying was renovated partially. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom very narrow and difficult to move inside. The breakfast was just ok. The hotel is good to sleep only even if it's close to the beach.

Second stay spoiled the experience

Stayed on our first night in Crete, quite happy and reasonably priced with good breakfast. Decided ladt minute to stay again a couple of nights later and had a horrible experience. No hot water, room smelled of damp and mosquitos kept us awake the whole night. Room did not feel clean and bed was very uncomfortable. Based on second night would not recommend and not stay again

Checkin e recepção foi péssima. O Horário checkin era 12h e disseram que era 13h. Tivemos que discutir educadamente para entrarmos para o quarto 12h. Sem acessibilidade, não tem piscina como informado no site, a piscina é de uso próprio dos donos e não é resort. Enfim, fomos para a praia, tomamos um banho e fomos embora do hotel.

Aquele lugar não é resort de jeito nenhum. Não tem piscinacomo informado. A piscina mostrada é de propriedade particular que deve ser do proprietário do local. Parece um “ puxado” de uma propriedade particular. Checkin péssimo, mal atendimento na recepção. Nossa entrada no local prevista para meio-dia. Quando fui buscar as chaves para a entrada no quarto o recepcionista disse que era às 13:00h. Precisei discutir , de forma educada, que o horário de entrada era meio-dia. Não recomendo esse lugar de jeito nenhum.

Cet hôtel est très bien placé en face de la mer et à l'écart de la route principale ,des boutiques et transports Très propre avec un jardin agréable, l'accueil est sympa et convivial. Le studio est équipé pour se faire à manger :micro-ondes, bouilloire ,cafetière si on ne veut pas manger aux restaurants proches. petit-déjeuner varié et complet. 1/2 heure en bus d'Héraklion Une bonne solution plus locale pour éviter les clubs surpeuplés où mes 4 amis ont passé leur séjour.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - nur ca. 100 m zum Strand. Darüber hinaus waren noch zwei sehr gute Restaurants ebenfalls in ca. 100 m optimal erreichbar (hatte leider fast ausschließlich schlechtes Wetter). Das Appartment war noch recht neu und praktisch sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Besitzer sprach Englisch und war sehr freundlich. Dafür, dass nur ein weiteres Appartment belegt war, war das Frühstücksbüffet ausreichend und es gab jeden Tag eine besondere griechische Spezialität.

Très bonnes prestations, hotel à 2 pas de la mer

Nous avons occupé deux studios durant deux semaines, les studios sont confortables et très correctement équipés (climatiseur), on est à deux pas de la plage et de la piscine (payante, c’est une autre compagnie). Le propriétaire est un peu distant mais très sympathique, il est à l’écoute des ses clients, je recommande cette location, le prix est IMBATTABLE pour de telles prestations. L’hotel est proche (100 à 300m) de plusieurs restaurants.

Disappointing room n staff. We booked double bed room but it was two separate single beds, impossible to connect. there’s no door you inter to room from a window. The front staff yelled to the guests, instead of yelling to staff and trained well. After we did chencked-out n returend key to a nice staff, A rude staff come n yelled to us “stop by to front to do check out properly!! “, “ You know, this is a hotel, you should come to front!!” like ordering to his own kids. Even we did not know where is front office after we checked-in.

die ersten 2 Nächte Ersatzunterbringung in einer dreckigen Unterkunft, danach im Santo George, Ausstattung sehr rudimentär. Küche nicht zum Kochen geeignet, da der Abstand zwischen Kochplatte und Hängeschrank etwa 30 cm betrug. Eigentlich nur geeignet, um fertiges Essen im Backofen aufzuwärmen. Keinerlei Grundausstattung (Spülmittel, Spüllappen, Schneidbrett, nicht mal ein Mülleimer), Kühlschrank so alt und laut, dass man ihn nachts ausschalten musste, um ruhig schlafen zu können. Matratzen sehr alt und schon arg vergilbt. Man konnte abends keine Türen öffnen, da dann sofort Mücken im Zimmer waren. Terrasse nicht zum Sitzen geeignet, da der Tisch in der Ecke angeschraubt war. Wir hatten uns für 5 Nächte was anderes gesucht und nach unserer Wiederkehr lag auch noch eine tote Kakerlake auf dem Boden. Frühstück war auch enttäuschend, noch dazu nur zwischen 8:00 und 10:00.

Per quello che si paga non si puo aspetare molto.. maaa la locazione e ben ubicata e servita con i mezzi publici,in 20 minuti di pulman arrivi al centro di heraklion.. e in 30 arrivi a knossos sempre con i mezzi publici...la colazzione non e male e le persone che si ocupano della strutura simpatiche...

Hôtel pas cher avec petit déjeuner pour deux. C'était notre première nuit en Crète. Après avoir pris la voiture à l'aéroport, il fait nuit, je décide de me faire guider, on appuie sur le lien GPS du mail. Je le suis bêtement et je me retrouve dans un quartier perdu d'heraklion avec la même adresse. Heureusement, deux sympathiques crétoises ont pris les choses en mains et appelé l'hôtel... Bref, un premier contact bienvenu, pour retrouver notre chemin... L'hôtel n'a pas pignon sur rue, mais à proximité de tout, surtout une bonne taverne dans la rue principale. L'hôtel est, je dirais typique, avec un confort spartiate, mais 22€40 avec les deux petits déjeuners, c'est pas cher du tout...
