it's a nice self contained all-inclusive resort. could not get reservations at their restaurants, as they are booked a week in advance - didn't know about that - so main restaurant is the only place to eat. wanted variety so paid to eat dinners within walking distance of resort. took a day trip excursion to Santorini, was told in writing that kids up to 12 years old were half price, which is a lie, if a child is over 12.0 years old and not yet 13 - adult price. if i were to return to Crete, i would not stay here again.
Staff was very nice, beach was peaceful and quiet, room was clean. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Crete. Plus they have friendly cats who say hello :)
The facilities were great and the food was good and plentiful. The Animation staff were wonderful and really made the experience special - especially Hannah, Miguel and Ahmed. We thought the maintenance could be better. The staff repeatedly asked for the boules area to be raked, but it never happened. As well, it took a while to get power restored to the gym. The people really make this resort special!

Nice and easy check in. Very pleasant front desk staff. Room was nice and clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Excellent all inclusive, food was fresh, tasty and a lot of variety. Drinks were ok, charge extra for premium, but general beverages were fine. It is closed to stores, mini markers, bars, restaurant and public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay there. My favorite place so far in my trip to Greece.
