Beautiful beach location near the airport and just a bus ride away from the city centre. Public areas including the pool were well kept and spotlessly clean. Amazing view from our room. Fabulous choice and quality of food in the buffet restaurant plus delicious cocktails in the bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Our visit to Malaga

The hotel is very easy to find and a short drive from the airport. It does have parking, for a daily fee, in the property area. The hotel is situated by the oceanfront so you have infinite beaches options. It also has private swimming pools. It offers three meals at it’s own restaurant, mostly continental menu. Nice enough hotel , breakfast good , pool lovely, reception area very nice . The negative was the money we paid for our room was too much for the facilities being very basic . Over £120 pounds each person a night for a travel lodge style room beds not comfortable for me and my friend as we don’t like very firm beds . I just felt the sea view rooms are called superior but bedrooms are the same as the others .

Gym was rather small and children unsuitable in age were admitted without adult supervision by their parents - health and safety. Once kids were let in they could not get out without a key card . No staff on hand to monitor this . Curtains fallen off track in room . Brilliant entertainment on offer . Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. Always taxis outside to take you anywhere and cheaply priced.

If you are traveling with a family with small children, this is the perfect place to stay. They have activities for kids throughout the day, as well as for adults. The staff is super-friendly. This hotel is on the beach and our rooms had ocean views. The bus to Malaga stops outside the hotel so you can experience the excitement of Malaga, but enjoy the peace of the beach during the day.

Check in was a strict 3pm, had full board so that leaves 30 minutes for lunch if you don't go to your room first. We did that but the selection for some items was scraps and was not refilled (3 total pieces of desert left), couple of food items not refilled. AC unit does not keep up with the temperature, rooms are a bit dated compared to the rest of the property.

The hotel's staff wasn't friendly and it's facilities need a desperate upgrade. They charge for everything - parking (eventhough there's a huge parking lot ), beach lounge, and even the billards table. The towels we clearly left on the floor to be changed were put back on the rack. We had to call and request new towels. Also the beds and pillows are uncomfortable.
