Espectacular apartamento a estrenar, ¨colgado¨ del mar, en el centro de Málaga en el paseo marítimo de la malagueta, al lado del Centro Pompidou, a 10 minutos paseando del Museo Picasso y la Catedral de Málaga.
El apartamento está en la planta 13 de un edificio de 14, totalmente renovado, por lo que está en perfecto estado.
Sus 2 habitaciones, (con TV y aire acondicionado), una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con 2 camas nido, (4 camas), están orientadas al mar.
Cuarto de baño totalmente equipado con cabina de ducha, salón con smart TV, aire acondicionado, sofá cama, amplia terraza y con la cocina integrada en el mismo.
Parking ( ver disponibilidad y precio. No está incluido )y wifi gratuito.
Todo pensado para el deleite, el disfrute y la máxima comodidad de los inquilinos.

Great location and View!

Apartment is very close to the beaches and Marina. 15 min walk to the historic area. Very nice two bedroom with a patio that has a wonderful view of the water. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Location

From the views to the well stocked kitchen, this lovely apartment was perfectly located to the many attractions we wanted to explore. The check-in was seamless and the property manager checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Great location for our short break. Chosen for its good reviews and location as one of our party has health issues limiting walking. Close to beach / marina and supermarket, shops and eateries just around the corner.

apartment was beautiful and relaxing

I loved walking right across the street to a beautiful beach. Being on the 13th floor, it was very quiet but you could still have beautiful views of the city life, the beach and the sunrise.

Excellent in every way!

We had an excellent 4-day holiday at Malagueta. We walked almost everywhere in town, and staying at the beach with a spectacular view and good restaurants near by was made even nicer by the comfort of this apartment. Muchos gracias!

Best Place on the Beach in Malaga!

The location was fantastic - right on the beach, an easy walk to Old Town and the Port and close to lots of great restaurants and A Carrefour grocery store. The balcony can be noisy because of the traffic below and a bit breezy, but the views and sunrises are outstanding!The washer/dryer was confusing to operate for a non-European, even after reading the manual, so some better instructions would be helpful.

Incredible vacation

We stayed at Francesca's residence for one month. We truly enjoyed our stay; it was exactly what we were looking for. While located only a stone's throw from Malaga's main beach, going to any location within the city took no time at all, everything was within easy walking distance. The residence itself was perfect. We would highly recommend this residence to our family and friends.

The place is conveniently located close to downtown, roughly 10mins walk away. Dining options are endless, from just downstairs, to 5mins walk to the seafront, and10mins walk to the heart of downtown. There is a 2 carrefours just minutes away for the essentials for a good price.

This was the perfect place to celebrate our 50th The apartment was very nice and very clean. Wonderful apartment, great location, kind host, great AC… lots to like about this one! We walked everywhere but also had a car for a few day trips and was able to park in the building garage for 10€ per day.

Perfection

This apartment is simply perfect! Watch the sun rise over the Mediterranean as you drink coffee on the balcony. Have quick and easy access to a wonderful beach. Enjoy a lovely short walk to the city center. Plus a well-equipped kitchen in a quiet building. We will undoubtedly be back!

The apartment was exactly as listed and actually seemed even larger than we expected. It was very hot while we visited in June, but the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment comfortable. We had been traveling for a week prior to our stay here, so it was nice to be able to do laundry. The balcony was lovely for enjoying coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We were able to easily access a market for essentials, but mostly enjoyed walking to the huge variety of restaurants in the area. The beach is just across the street. It was a bit rocky in the water, but we went to the area with the breakwater the next day, and it was sandy on the bottom and great for cooling off. Truly the perfect place for our family of four! We loved it here so much!

Great apartment

Myself and x2 friends had a great time staying here. 2 min walk to beach and 15 min walk into Malaga Central. Apartment was modern, spacious and very clean. Olga was still cleaning when we arrived, however allowed us to leave our luggage in the property, we thought that was a nice touch. Great communication with both Francisca and Olga, always on hand if we we needed anything. (Which we didn't). Thanks for everything and we'll certainly book again. Iain J.

Lovely views!

Gorgeous views from balcony. Bit noisy with traffic below at times, but not really a problem for us. Apartment was all we needed, nice touches like washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls, etc. to get started. No blackouts in bedrooms but we wanted to get up early and get out and about so I was happy with that! Olga was brilliant and fitted us in for a brief run down of the apartment even though our flight was much later than planned. Thank you for a great stay :)
