Clean room, fun location, good buffet breakfast. But difficult to access in a car. Parking lot was extremely difficult to find, and to bring our luggage to the hotel. It was located on a pedestrian only street, the hotel staff was extremely nice and friendly, but very poor at giving directions for parking lot access- which took about 30 minutes for us to figure out the one way streets and unmarked parking lot entrance. No elevator in the garage, so we had to make multiple trips up and down the stairs to get our luggage. There needs to be a better way to designate a landmark you can put into maps to help you find the parking garage. And it would be helpful if the staff helped you with your luggage on arrival, and not just check out. On check out the bellman was wonderful, helped us take luggage to the parking garage, down the steps, load into car, and then walked us through garage to find the right exit.

This was our first stay and we will definitely be back. Staff, without exception, were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nuria deserves a special mention for going the extra mile. Superb breakfast with an outstanding view and a very central location.

An amazing location this property is right on the main strip of stores. Very quiet and freezing AC in the room fantastic ! the bathroom as modern and the bed was so comfortable. extremely pleased. Great roof top had a few cocktails at night but did not get to have dinner on the property. I strongly recommend this property because the location is the best of all !!!!

An excellent location for exploring Malaga and for trips to surrounding areas. We were upsold a 5th floor room on arrival (noon), as allegedly our check in would be delayed to 3pm. Room was v well maintained and comfortable, with terrace. Some niggles though, hence the 4 stars - the parasol on terrace didn’t function, we had an ashtray although it’s a non-smoking property, the room doesn’t get cleaned unless you specifically put out a green sign, I was referred to as Mr. In email communications, the food facilities on the 5th floor were beyond basic. Would recommend given the location, but not pay for an upgrade.

While the hotel is very centrally located, there is no way to reach it by car. We had to park a few blocks away and call the front desk for a bellman to help us with our luggage, which is inconvenient with my wife in a wheelchair.

My concerns about this Hotel is: first day of arrival was typical UPSCALE reception. Than after couple days things did change. Bath towel had a huge hole on center of the towel ( got two pictures to prove that). Hotel manager ( young lady with eye glasses) was very attentive and carrying for guests of 5th FLOOR ONLY, very embarrassing situation, basically she was kneeling down near to the tables at the dining room, giving privileged attention to guests from 5th floor . Strange place for the price I paid for 10 days stay. ( over $4.100 USA dollars.
