The parking garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles to turn corners. Plenty of parking. Place is clean and beds are comfortable. Food at HOPS 99 House was surprisingly very good and fair priced. One of us had a Reuben and the other a hamburger with both cooked perfect with a side of tots.

Attractive location. No staff at breakfast. Just instructions on signs telling us to bus our own tables etc. Our first assigned room was not cleaned and we were given another. The property needs more investment. It’s obvious that it’s a struggling mom and pop operation

Great property right on the campus at UMaine Orono. Very clean, easy free parking, breakfast cafe and 24 hour market make for a perfect stay to visit my college kiddos.
