Hotel is modern and clean. Location is quite good. It's not really close to the most turistic spots like Puerta del Sol, but it's really well connected (we went walking anyway). It is, on the other hand, quite close to a lot of restaurants and the neibourhood is very nice as well.

The hotel was very modern and clean, with everything you could possibly wish for. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect to jump onto the metro to get into the centre and waking distance to the nearby WiZink Centre for concerts.

Stayed for 3 nights, beds were comfortable but in my view room size was small. Staff really helpful and near a metro station 10 minutes to the centre of Madrid. Didn't try breakfast but looked nice, hotel in a quiet area.

We stayed at this hotel as part of a 10 day trip to Spain and Portugal. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and not in any downtown area of Madrid. It has a metro station in the same block. Very convenient line to head to any key Madrid attractions. You can get the 10 ride pass in the Metro for a good deal. Frequency is every 5 minutes. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable. The room got stuffy and hot. We had to keep the window open most of the time. But, there are residential apartments next door. You loose your privacy if the window is open. Bathroom was strange with a sliding glass door, no lock and a gap between the glass and wall.. No privacy when you are inside. We took a cab to the airport and it costs 30 euros. You can take the metro all the way to airport if you are able to carry the luggage up and down the stairs. It will cost you 5 euros per person in metro. We didn't eat in the restaurant. There are many options to eat right outside the hotel. It felt like a safe neighborhood to walk at night. If you are not particular about staying in downtown and are willing to take metro, I would recommend this hotel.

Had a nice stay in this hotel for 4 days during my first visit to Madrid. The staff was nice and friendly, room was spacious, clean and quiet, a very modern decor. Location is great, very central and just a few steps away from the underground.

Stayed October 2016 for 2 nights on a weekend, very nice stay, staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast was standard buffet fare. Hotel was in a nice fairly quiet neighbourhood close to Metro. Would definitely return

The buffet breakfast was very good. Theyhad Spanish Serrano ham ( we know it by it's Italian name "Prosciutto" in English ) I have been at other " Zenit" Hotels that didn't ( Orgaz in Madrid, and the one in Pamplona) . Also had fruits, cereal, and fresh croissants. Toast and churros. Had an automatic coffee machine, a tip: they will make you a "real" espresso or cappuccino in the kitchen if you request, at no extra charge as part of the buffet, bu it's usually best to request when they aren't as busy. The hotel is nice, modern, but kind of " dark" . Almost looks like a night club. The rooms are comfortable, but they only have one room with a tub per floor , so request this if you want, otherwise you will get a shower. The tub does have jets. It also has private parking, and although the website states they charge extra, about 20 Euros a night, since we stayed a week, they kindly didn't charge us for the parking. They staff is EXCELLENT. They are really wonderful. Very helpful and always cheerful. One of the best features is that the Metro Line 5 is across the street, and you can connect anywhere. It is very convenient. It is also very close to all kinds of shops. A" Corte Ingles" Shopping store is about 4 blocks away. The Hotel is well located, although it's not in the center ( IE " El SOL) it has easy access to everything since the Metro is so close and it's only about 5 km from most tourist spots/ museums etc..

This hotel is very nice and well located only a few steps from the metro. Rooms are nice and very clean. Breakfast is a very good buffet for less than 10€. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. Very good deal.

If you want a bad burger with no ketchup, mayo, salt or pepper not cooked how you want it with inferior ingredients and with bad potatoes then order the burger. It's only because I can't walk without a crutch that I ordered it. I should have hobbled out to get something decent to eat. My mistake.

Front desk people were very nice. Amenities were decent. Advertised as a 4 star but more of a 3 star I think. Location was good. Good cost performance place to stay. If I had a recommendation it would be for better breakfast buffet, and bedding.
