Súper céntrico, se puede recorrer todo el centro a pie. Me encantó la limpieza, todo impecable. Te guardan las maletas si llegas antes o te vas después del check out. El personal muy amable y atentos.

Very well located very close to Gran Via. Staff very friendly and kind, always ready to help. My room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This can be an issue for some people. Room are not isolated at all. I could hear people in the rooms next to mine, in the stair case, the corridor and people walking over my head. It was not easy to fall asleep,

The room was large with a kitchenette and a separate lounge area, was supervised by it size. Is located in a good area with easy access to the metro and walking distance to everything, lots of restaurants. Reception is available 24/7 which was great for those coming early or late. Ability to leave your luggage

The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of hangers and hanging space. The towels were changed every day. The reception staff were were friendly and helpful which was very good seeing as there is no lift and a lot of stairs to lift our heavy suitcase but they were quick to help us up and down and there was a little handwritten note handed to us when we left thanking us for our stay. Another bonus was that they had somewhere to store luggage as we had a late flight. The hotel is centrally situated off the main Gran Via

Great location in the heart of the city. Staff was welcoming and facilities were very nice. Older guests should be aware though that there is no lift and you may end up carrying your luggage up and down three flights of stairs.
