The property itself was great. Large, clean, good neighborhood. Unfortunately the one thing that will ruin a place is noise. It was just so loud that I never slept for more than 30 minutes. I live in a city so I’m use to noise but this was another level. You could hear people talking as they walked by. We also had someone with a beautiful vice singing opera around 4 am. It was just too much and unfortunately we wouldn’t stay there again.
The communication was very poor. Although I did the check in information a week ahead of time on line when I got to Spain I had very spotty Internet and kept getting the same check in information from them over and over. There was no way to really contact them And they did not pick up on the WhatsApp number that they provided. The Internet did not work in the apartment buildings at all. Since they are not staffed you have to sort a wait for somebody to open the door to be able to even get in because their codes are sent to you of course through the Internet. The iPad to check in was not working when we got there either. Just trying to check in ate half of our day. Even though the place was beautiful I would not stay in a place like this again where there's not a staff in case of emergency. Also we pre paid for parking and when I got there they knew nothing about it.
