Apartamento armonioso, cómodo y de diseño. Cuenta con salón-comedor espacioso. donde sentarse a comer o tener una conversación es un deleite.
El dormitorio independiente, con armario y con una cama que resulta un elixir para conciliar sueños. El cuarto de baño, totalmente equipado. La cocina, será el lugar en donde tus comidas estarán llenas de sabor y recuerdos.
Y todo a escasos metros de la gran Plaza Mayor de Madrid y de diversos lugares de interés como la Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, etc.
Este piso está en la 4ta planta en un edificio con ascensor, en una finca tipo corrala, con muy buena iluminación.
El dormitorio, cuenta con una cama de 150cm y un armario empotrado. La calefacción hará que los días de invierno sean los más agradables.
El sofá es grande y muy cómodo. Y además cuentas varias sillas donde podrás disfrutar del espacio a plenitud.
Considerando las dimensiones del piso, hemos instalado un termo eléctrico para el agua caliente con una capacidad de 100 Litros. Esto más que suficiente para una pareja. Sin embargo, si han utilizado mucha agua caliente para lavar los platos y luego van a tomar una ducha, o las duchas son muy largas; es posible que el agua no alcance para los dos, por lo que habrá que hacer un pequeño descanso y en 20 minutos ya tendrás el termo lleno de agua caliente. Mi recomendación es hacer duchas cortas; o darse el gusto hasta acabar el agua caliente; y luego esperar un poco para tener agua caliente.
Se incorpora un área de trabajo, desde donde podrás gestionar aquellas responsabilidades laborales, cuando sea ineludible.
- Se debe proporcionar Pasaporte/DNI/NIE para hacer el registro de huéspedes en Hospedería de Madrid.
- Se debe respetar el descanso de los vecinos entre las 23:00 y las 8:00
