A perfect apartment to enjoy Madrid with all comfort and in the best area of ​​the city.



The apartment is on the fourth floor WITH ELEVATOR of a modern building and has been recently renovated keeping the charm of the wood beams. The apartment faces calle Mayor but has soundproof windows, so you can't hear the hassle and bussle of the street. Furthermore, the double bedroom is interior, so there your rest and is fully guaranteed. Furnished and equipped with great detail, so you do not miss anything and feel at home from the start.



The apartment is composed of:



- A living room with a balcony to the street, sofa TV and dining space for 4 people.- Master bedroom with super comfortable bed of 150 * 200 and a large closet.- Second room with with bunk beds suitable for 2 kids or 2 adults and closet.- Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and eat at home, including stove, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.- Bathroom with shower.- Air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom.



Of course, there is Wi-Fi on the flat and we have a rental travel cot (on request) with a cost of 10 euros per stay. During your stay we will provide one set of towels per person and bedding, should you require more there is an extra cost (€15). You will also find an iron, hair dryer and other items for a pleasant stay. No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great location in heart of city

Perfect location and property is well positioned to see Madrid. We walked most places and took the subway or uber to only a few farther attractions. Apartment is nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Great Location!

Flat is just as advertised in the heart of Madrid. Walking distance to the Sol train station, Mercado de San Miguel, the Palace, plenty of shopping and restaurants. We stayed here while visiting our son who was studying abroad in Madrid and couldn't have picked a better spot. Instructions for check-in, while a little lengthy, were spot-on and flat was easy to find. Appreciated the elevator to the 4th floor, especially with luggage (but there a few stairs you have to climb with luggage to get to the elevator). Only issue we had was with the TV - it wasn't connected to wifi and troubleshooting was futile. But we weren't there to watch TV. Beds were comfortable, flat had all necessary items. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Madrid!

A long weekend in central Madrid

We stayed here with our son, 11, for a few days in March. The location was nice, with easy access to sights and the metro, although quite touristy. The street could be busy, but it wasn't very loud in the apartment.It was clean and well kept, with enough space for the three of us. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen, other than the Nespresso, but it seemed well stocked.Communication with the host was easy. They even gave us an early check in.We would certainly stay here again, if we were visiting the area.

Good flat in good location

Great apt for 4 (two in one BR, two in bunkbeds or one in bb/one on sofa). Big, clean, good location, little balcony, rooms like in pictures. Busy area, good food, shops, etc nearby. *19 easy steps to get to lift, so if you can't do steps, not your place. Owner responsive to small problem, solutions-oriented, fixed quickly. Overall, terrific.

Great place, perfect location. Stayed with our teenage sons and loved the space to “chill” with them between our wandering. Got our workouts in w the stairs, lift worked great for luggage. Amazing communication from hosts, highly recommend!
