The hotel was okay overall, but definitely dated and not a 4-star experience as advertised. Service was average and nothing particularly stood out. The rooms are quite small, which makes the stay less comfortable, especially for longer visits. It works for a short stopover if you just need a place to sleep, but don’t expect the level of quality or amenities that come with a true 4-star hotel.

The property is conveniently located....walking distance to shops, dining options, minutes from Madrid Rio park. Staff also friendly and courteous. I would stay here again if my travel plans bring me to Madrid next.

A good family stay

Parking was tight and in season I bet can be a nightmare. Food was good, family friendly (we had babies in the group) and good value given how close to Madrid we were.

Unfortunately my son got a bad experience in this hotel. The lady who was charge of checking in was very rude at my son. My son arrived late and tired from a long trip from Oslo so he couldn’t remember the room number. She yelled at my son for not remembering the room number. Then later she accused my son of running away. Really? She treated my son like a criminal. I will say don’t stay in this hotel because they take advantages of solo younger tourists. If I could I would ask for a refund. This is not first time my son is staying in a hotel. I want my money back.
