Clean and modern rooms in a great location.

We stayed in this hostel twice during our summer travel through Spain, once as we began our road trip and again at the end. The hostel has rooms in the building were check-in is done and in a building across the street. Both rooms were clean and in great shape. The person at the check-in desk was friendly and helpful. The location is great, right next to the plaza where the New Year Eve ball drop takes place and an entrance to the Metro is located. We will definitely try to book this hostel when we visit Madrid again.

Great location; central to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Communication via WhatsApp was GREAT! Able to leave bags before checkin and after checkout which made it nice for arrival and departure. Madrid is so hot in the summer and their AC was a lifesaver! Great property, we'd stay there again and recommend.

Very centrally located. Caretaker Ramon was very friendly. Room was small but clean. Bathroom was newly remodeled. Being on a quiet back street, it did attract homeless people though we never felt unsafe. The room could have had a garbage can other than in the bathroom.
