Apartment hotel but kitchen not well stocked. A kettle would have been nice. Soundproofing for outside (Plaza de Espana) but not so much between rooms.
Metro very close.Gran Via just steps away. We walk to Palacio Real and Puerta delSol. Have breakfast in cafeteria every day and it was very good( just 5Euros for coffe,fresh juice and croissant or churro).Great experience!
The hotel was very nice and the staff extremely helpful. We also had a great view of Plaza Espania
This hotel is an incredible value. It is in a great location, steps away from a Metro stop and the Palacio Real and directly across the street from el Parque de España.
The location of this hotel is good, right in the city center. but hotel not provide free WiFi, need pay for use. it does not say clear about that when I make reservation.
The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite we got was 906 and it had breathtaking views of Palacio Real and Plaza de Espana. I will be more than happy to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Good location within 1 minute from plaza Espana metro station. Very convenient if you are taking multiday day tour from Julia travel located next door
It is only two minutes walking from a major subway station. It is facing a major landmark park, next to the embarkation point of tour buses in Madrid and in walking distances to the city center and royal palace, yet not too noisy to stay. The layout in the room is absolutely neat.
We stayed here for the first four nights of a long trip and it was a great way to start the vacation. It ended up being the best place we stayed the entire time. The rooms were nice and big, the bed was comfortable and you even get a pretty full kitchen to cook and store food in. The location is really great, about 50 meters to the metro and the Grand Via. The only downside was that the wifi isn't free in the rooms, but is pretty cheap to buy. Great place
We arrived a day late due to an Iberia Airline strike and even though I informed them two days in advance they still charged us for the missed night. The hotel has a great location -- walking distance from palace and several good places to eat. Everything else was average or below. The night staff could speak only Spanish and were no help at all. When asked for help with a taxi they walked you out to the street and showed you how to hail a cab. The TV was all in Spanish - no international news. Internet worked in lobby only. Next trip I will find some other hotel.
Not real fancy, but you can not get a better deal for the cleanliness kitchen in each room ant the location is great!

Excelente localización de este hotel, cerca a tiendas, restaurantes, shopping mall y la Rambla. El único punto malo es que se escucha ruidos durante la noche.
