Beautiful flat recently reformed just a few meters from the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, located in one of the most emblematic streets of the city.

Located in the Madrid de los Austrias, the old town of the city and the ideal starting point for a visit to one of the most charming neighbourhoods.



The Plaza Mayor is now a major tourist attraction, visited by thousands of tourists every year. In the commercial premises located under the arcades, there is an abundance of hotel and catering businesses, which have terraces in the square. It is also a popular venue for festivals and other cultural events.



Sol metro station is a 2-minute walk away, and several bus and taxi stops nearby.



A completely renovated flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), kitchen, living room and dining room.

The main bedroom has a nice balcony, with a double bed of 1,35cm, wardrobe and air conditioning.



The second bedroom has a complete private bathroom inside the room itself with total privacy. You will find a large double bed (1,35cm), a spacious wardrobe and its own air conditioning.



The common areas are provided with a double sofa bed with a 1.35cm mattress (perfect for sleeping two people comfortably), a dining room, television and a complete designer kitchen fully equipped with: oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, kitchenware, cutlery, etc.



It is located in a renovated building. Access is by stairs to the lift from which you can access the flat.

More of a college pad not accomplished adults

Jan 2025: 3 adults (spouse and partner and adult kid). The pictures on line must have been taken right when an update was done. It is very worn and although cleaned prior to arrival there are stains, banged up walls, marks are walls, stained ceilings. Projects an overall dirty appearance. Bed sheets are very thin and scratchy. Good thing was that toilet paper was provided and some soap (although you will want your own bc it isn’t very effective). The building is noisy where you can not only hear the street noise but also every person walking to their apartment. Not a place for peaceful sleep. Property manager was responsive to questions and check in process was easy. Location is good to most historical sites. This part of the historical district isn’t the nicest part so you have to walk the other direction toward the Prado museum to get to better restaurants. This appeared to us to be more the bargain area. I would have stayed elsewhere. There are no tables to place things in the bathrooms. There are no mirrors outside of the bathroom. This would be very difficult place for 6 people to stay. I equivalents this to more of a college pad and not accomplished adults.
