You will enjoy a space equipped with everything you need for a stay in total comfort for two people, a few meters from the heart of the city and the perfect tranquility to rest.



-You will enjoy a cozy space with a 1.35cm double bed, wardrobe, dining table, tv, high speed internet, air conditioning and exterior views.



- Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare what you need. You will have at your disposal a modern washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and a ceramic hob along with complete crockery and cutlery.

- Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels and a hair dryer.

The apartment is fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.



The apartment is located in a beautiful building, very quiet and with exterior windows to Noviciado Street. It has an elevator although it is on the first floor. Access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and efficient system.

Pictures reflecting exactly the appartment. Small but everything you need. Bed very confortable. Very clean place. Great location to visit Madrid. Short walking distance from métro, bus, shops, restaurants. The only little deception was that we thought we had access to the nice patio on the pictures but now we do not. Only the clients of the coffre shop next door do. But great stay and I would go back.

The apartment was cute, backed to a courtyard that had students coming and going until nearly midnight. Not the easiest place to get over jet lag perhaps. Great location, very close to subway stop and everything. We walked miles and miles. Note you cannot open the door even 1 minute prior to check in. It’s all automatically controlled.
