The room was very clean, well equipped and added details like earplugs, coffee, milk and a good size bottle of water. They responded my queries promptly and helpful. We chose this place because of the vicinity to a conference at Museo Reina Sofia, but it is also in walking distance to all other attractions in the city center. It was clean and practical with everything we needed. A bit traffic noise (but ear plugs were provided)

Check in was super easy - fill out info on line, submit document pictures and you're done. Email was sent with access codes to the building and the room - easier than carrying keys around. Place is very clean, nicely appointed, modern, with individual AC/heating in rooms. Everything works nicely. Great location between 2 metro stops, close to Atocha train station, museums, Plaza del Sol. Also has lockers for your luggage downstairs, if you staying in Madrid for a little after check out. Will definitely stay there again.
