Totalmente un desastre. Me puse en contacto por WhatsApp antes de llegar a Madrid y avisé que estaría en la ubicación a las 16:30. Cuando llegamos, no había nadie para recibirnos. El encargado (Carlos) me llamó en ese momento para decirme que debían reubicarnos en otro lugar porque, supuestamente, habían roto las camas del apartamento reservado. Es decir, nos lo informó justo al llegar, aun sabiendo desde antes la hora exacta de nuestra llegada. Tuvimos que pagar un taxi de 25 € hasta la nueva ubicación y, al día siguiente, un Uber de 14 € para regresar al apartamento original que habíamos reservado. Por las molestias y el tiempo perdido, lo mínimo habría sido hacerse cargo de esos costos. Nos aseguraron que lo harían, pero Carlos nunca nos entregó el dinero prometido. En definitiva, un desastre total. El apartamento extremadamente caro para lo que ofrecía y una atención con muy poca profesionalidad. No reserven con ellos: son unos LADRONES
