Wish breakfast had more options. At checkin i was never told when breakfast or checkout is , but is is usually around the same at every property. The hot tub in our room would make a weird sounds every few minutes and you could feel the jets have less power for a few seconds while the noise is being made. It would be nice if you had a better grade of TP on the room, when you have the cheap thin stuff you end up using twice as much.

Some of the staff, like the lady who must have been the manager were excellent. 1 or 2 of the people who did the signing us in and preparing the breakfasts and things were either just starting the job or extremely inept. The rooms were in reasonable condition. The first room had a terrible stink. The room we were moved to was good. The location was excellent. It was on the edge of town and very peaceful. The veterans memorial down the hill was extremely well done. The town is an extremely fast growing beautiful community. The trolls in Mt Horeb are lots of fun. Due partially to rapid growth, the housing market is very expensive. Everyone in the community that we met were extremely friendly and helpful.

Our stay was good, the floor in our room looked like it wasn't vacuum, and the tv would turn on but only showed the guide of what was showing channeling up or down didn't work volume seemed to work.

The air conditioner didn't hold a cool temp for very long. And I believe the fridge was tied to a light switch because when I turned off the lights when I left Tuesday a.m., the water in fridge was warm when I returned.

Hot tub and pool are excellent, indoor, and open til 1200. Staff is great! My iron was caked with purple nylon, and the Keurig only worked when pressing on the top. Everything else was in excellent order.
