The cabin site on 26 private acres surrounded by cedar trees, a pond and southern Indiana's rolling ridges with expansive views. Equipped kitchen with stone fireplace and hand-crafted cabinets. Cozy living room with vintage parlor stove, digital TV/DVD and sleeper sofa. Queen pillow top bed upstairs. large full bathroom. 2 covered porches, rocking chairs, porch swing, Hammock, Gazebo with outdoor napping bed. Fishing pond and outdoor shower. Beautiful sunsets and star gazing, relax and unwind here.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, clean. We were looking for something secluded and rustic with fishing and this place was better than could have imagined. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the porch watching the fish jump in the pond. We were kept safe by the friendly dogs that were so sweet. The bed was so comfortable we were asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows. Everywhere you look there is something cool to see. All the added touches by the host made it even more special. It was like having a scavenger hunt. We will definitely be back!

Short getaway back in time

We were in love with all the little historic pieces in the cabin. The property was absolutely stunning with a view that was beautiful even during storms. I dropped it a star in accuracy because it was missing the old stove and the dock that was pictured in the ad.

Relaxing Getaway

Cabin and property are beautiful! The old cabin has a lot of charm and is well decorated. Porch that overlooks the pond was one of my favorite spots...spent every morning out there with a cup of coffee watching the wildlife. If you want a relaxing place to get away from it all for a bit, I would highly recommend this cabin!
