It’s a clean and comfortable hotel at a good price. The lady at check in was warm and friendly. The next morning when I returned to check out a different person was working the front desk. She was telling the staff members standing at the front desk that they could not take time off for church on weekends, while I stood there. It seemed unprofessional to have schedule conversations/meetings in front of guests, especially if they are waiting to be helped.
The bed is comfortable and the facilities work, though there isn't a lot of extra stuff in the room. The breakfast was standard egg mix and reheated sausage, but they had a waffle maker which worked out nicely. Friendly staff, though they watched TV late at night and the sound traveled into my room. I recommend exploring other inns before spending your money here.
Staff was friendly. Breakfast abundant with sausage, eggs, rolls, waffles, etc. Very comfortable bed with four large pillows per bed. Quiet and clean. I plan to stay there in the future.

I was a little bit skeptical when I reserved this room due to the two star rating. But my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. We'd certainly stay here again!
The staff was both polite and attentive. Breakfast foods were replenished during the graduation morning which was very busy. I found the bedding to be very clean, nearly new. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Truman State U and Kirksville.
The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The parking lot has an awful lot of pot-holes and the window insulation from the noise out side was bad. You could hear everything.
Doesn't look like much on the outside, but inside is clean, nice and quiet. Breakfast was better than normally expected in this kind of hotel. Not much to choose from in Kirksville, but this is a good choice if that is where you are headed.
