We have stayed at the Comfort Inn in Macon numerous times to attend family events in the area. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is consistently good. It is the best place to stay in the area.

This is a very nice hotel in a small town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and very clean. Beds very comfortable. There is a nice indoor pool and a hot tub. Free breakfast was good and food areas clean and well stocked. I would recommend this hotel if you are in this area. The only cons were that I felt the rates were too high for this location, and the TV channel selection was lacking. But overall a pleasant experience.

In Macon for a half-marathon in nearby Kirksville, so really only used the hotel for a place to crash for the night. Hotel amenities were good enough, though there was some confusion over whether [...]would bill me or whether the hotel should, leaving me with the impression both would. [...]
This property is fantastic. It feels more like a country lodge or bed and breakfast than a Comfort Inn. Quiet, spotless, great pool/ hot tub, excellent breakfast and it is a bargain too. It is also less than half a mile off of highway 36, which was great. I would have spent another night if I could have.
