Maintenance issues, chair in room was broken, bath was leaking, bed was of a poor condition, nearly folding in half. There was a musky smell when we first walked in. Service was not a good standard, booked for 2A & 2C but only beds made for 3. Was not expecting 5 star service but was a very low standard

The manager had a very offhand manner. He gave me a key and when I entered the room, the bed had been slept in and the room had not been cleaned, wet towels in the bathroom, full rubbish bins etc. I returned and told the manager and he just gave me a key to the room next door and said go there. Rubbish outside the rooms. The new room was clean and quite ok. An apology or some interest from the manager would have made a difference to my comment.

You get what you pay for, outside looks great, inside rooms are from the 80's needs a good update, was clean and tidy, new air conditioning, good pillow, rest is like a typical b grade 80's movie

Not the greatest. Price point was fine with included breakfast which is all we were after but not great overall. Shower not good - alternated between really hot and cold continuously which was NOT good with a small child :/ areas of floors dirty when curtains pulled back. View of VERY untidy/unkept back yard, just a strange vibe and overall it is what we needed but disappointing. Sorry guys :(

Booked online and arrived to find the room I’d booked given to the person who just drove in apparently there was a lag between me booking and hotel receiving email confirmation from wotif. Only had one room left which was very dirty, bed and pillows need replacing. Had to use shoulder to open door as it needs repairing. Glass doors had kids smeared food all over them. Only good part was the meal at the Bowls Club, staff very friendly and food delicious.

Greatful for the large space, however our room was not very clean. Lots of cobwebs. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. A tissue used to fill a small hole in the wall. No blankets on beds, and not enough in the cupboard for every bed to have a blanket. No spoons and bent forks in the kitchenette.

Dirty, musty and moldy. I didn’t want to walk on the floor without shoes as the carpet had stains and looked dirty. The bathroom had mold on the ceilings and all around the bath/shower. The first thing you are greeted with walking into the room is a pungent musty smell. Breakfast was free, can’t expect much I suppose. “Dining room” was dirty, crumbs everywhere, tables not cleaned between use. When done eating, you put your plates etc into a tub. The hot water boiler to make tea and coffee had bugs in it.
