Very close to Parc de la Tête d'Or and at the centre of the 6th lively and classy Lyon's neighborhood, you will enjoy the comfort and tranquillity of this beautifully renovated 35 m² flat. The decoration is original, mixing old and new for a lovely atmosphere.

It is composed of a nice living room with a HD TV and a comfortable 140*190 sofa bed. From the windows you will have a nice view over this part of the city. There is a nice 4 person dining table and a fully equipped brand new little kitchen. Above, you will enjoy a lovely bright mezzanine bedroom (1M70 high) with a 140*190 bed and below, a small but very fonctional new bathroom with a shower and toilets.

Please note that the bathroom is rather narrow, as is the shower, due to the constraints of the distribution of the rooms in the apartment.

It is the best place for a romantic stay or a business trip.
It is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator in a typical Lyon's building.

Fiber WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a safe keybox in the building. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.
