Was planning to use this hotel as a brief stopping point between London and Florence on the train. If you have baggage, be mindful that the hotel is about 8 blocks from the Lyon train station. Two cabs refused to take us given the short distance. The hotel is adequate, but the AC was not great. The dining room was not open on a Sunday night. Otherwise the staff were helpful to arrange a few cabs, etc. and print out boarding passes when we had to resort to flying due to a train strike.

good experience, clean, and friendly front desk. Parking is easy but somehow narrow, not good for larger car.

My coat was stolen from my room and they refuse to do anything about it - they said there is no proof I had a coat, even though I was wearing it when I checked in. They also said the housekeeping company is separate and therefore not their responsibility!!!

This was a reasonably-priced hotel at a convenient location about 10 minutes walk from the Part Dieu train station (and from there, you can easily get to any part of the city.) The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English very well. There is free wireless internet in the lobby, and free wired internet in the rooms (and the staff will loan you a network cable at the front desk). The rooms include a small kitchenette. The only negative is that the mattress seemed particularly uncomfortable.

When we checked in at 4 pm. Our room was not ready and the staff of front desk could not tell how long we are going to wait. Otherwise the hotel is good location and close to train station.

Stayed for one night. The room was very clean and had free internet (corded) in the room. I do not speak good French but the staff spoke English and helped me with all the questions I had. I thought I could just walk from the Rhone-Express Part-Dieu station, but it is too far if you have luggage that you have to carry. If you don't have luggage you could walk there very easy. Had to take a taxi that was only 8 Euros plus 2 Euro per bag fee to Rhone-Express station. The hotel was quiet and not very busy when I stayed. I would stay at this hotel again, but may try to find a cheaper hotel since I'm a student on a budget.

Great Room, Nice location, Ice fridge.

The room was 85 degrees when we entered in the afternoon, and despite maximum temp turn down, the room only cooled to 78 degrees ten hours later.

I stayed at this hotel for one evening to catch an early flight out of Lyon. Unfortuately this is the wrong hotel to stay in if you are interested in getting sleep for an early flight. The room window faced the interior court of the hotel which contained a restaurant and bar and the window was not well insulated. The noise from the restaurant reverberated in the glass enclosed atrium and every sound was audible even at the 5th floor from conversations to silverware falling on the ground. I could even here snoring from the adjacent room. I was able to get only two or three hours of sleep and was extremely disappointed in the hotel and surprised that this was given a 4-star rating on Orbitz. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location, while not outstanding, was what I expected. The hotel lacked wifi and unfortunately the ethernet jack in the room was broken.
