The property is quiet, extremely clean, and convenient to everything. The front desk staff on both check-in and check-out were very nice, helpful, and pleasant. We only stayed two nights, but when I come back to Lyon I will definitely book here.

The property is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is wonderful and really helpful and kind. The location is wonderful. I think it’s unfortunate they charge extra for early check in when the room is available. The positives far outweigh the negative I noted above. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I loved that the hotel was modern while being in an old building. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the L’Occitane products in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive. In addition, the location of the hotel is excellent. It’s minutes away from shopping, dining, and you can take a lovely stroll along the river, which is also close by.
