The property is well lit and closely monitored via cameras from the front desk, we noticed that upon checking in. Loved that the lobby was separated by a secured door to where the actual rooms were. Room was clean and beds were super comfortable, we slept great! Room came with 5 hangers for clothes, bath towels and a bar of soap and lotion so be prepared to bring you necessities (which we always do). Towels aren’t great but that’s expected at hotels. If you plan on cooking brings plates, utensils etc. There was a full size fridge which was nice although we didn’t use any of that when there. We would absolutely return!

The elevation was closed for the entire weekend. I came solo and th location is great to the city. We had people that had a physical disability that was on the 4th floor along with me. The mattress was horrible. The door had a cracked by the seal ehere you could look outside from the side. I placed my coat over the door for privacy. The front desk staff was friendly on Friday morning.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the occupants were quite noisy. The corridor had an unpleasant odor of body odor. I checked out after only one night (which was two days early) and was not given a refund. I had expected a newer place that would feel safer and more comfortable. Additionally, they had a mini kitchen, but it lacked basic silverware. They only provided one small bar of handwashing soap and a tiny amount of shampoo. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my experience.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel itself was dirty overall: hallway floors, bedroom floors, drywall bits on the ground in the room. My wife found a clump of hair in a brand new towel.

The only issue we had was the elevator was down for maintenance during our stay we were only on the second floor, but it would’ve been a major pain if we had been on the fourth That said I would stay again if I’m in the area

Upon arrival, the individual serving us seemed distant and bothered by having to serve us, took forever, took my CC and her mannerism was very off causing my wife and I to feel uneasy with her having our CC informed. We noticed our white socks turned dirty within minutes after walking around our room floors, same happened next night. Elevator went out of service after our first use, and we had to use the stairs; not normally an issue, but i'm disabled.They dont have anyone who can assist... enough said. Asked for face towels and was given (floor mat) towels. The reason was, "We're a basic service hotel and we just dont have things like that". Really? Your dailybstay rate is not that much from other local hotels, and you cant afford face towels? I didn't ask for the excuse for why the floors were dingy dirty. Never will stay there again, and know what? They won't care because the welcome represented it.

had a room on the 4th floor but the single elevator was broken, and this property is less than a year old, to add insult to injury when returning later from dinner our keycard wasn't working and the desk clerk had do let us in. Further for being a "suite" the amenities were non existent; no hairdryer, coffee maker, ice bucket, glasses or shampoo and there wasn't even coffee available in the lobby. I have had better equipped rooms at Motel 6 and Super 8

Elevator not working 😡

We were happy with the room and its cleanliness. What was absolutely horrible was that the elevator was not working and we were on the fourth floor. Carrying luggage up and downstairs is definitely a fall risk and my husband did turn his ankle so we are taking him to urgent care to me. That was totally unacceptable. I believe a refund would be appreciated and would cover the cost of urgent care praying there’s nothing significantly wrong with his ankle.
